Comfort Suites Boise Airport

The area was clean. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The beds were nice. Breakfast was delicious. The extra charging ports were nice, we didn't have to move furniture to find outlets, the bathroom was spacious.

We were double charged for a soda we bought but that didn't phase us because of the great service and cleanliness of the place. We stayed at several hotels through the week and there were some much more expensive ones that weren't worth the money. We were so pleased with your hotel there isn't much I can find that I didn't like.

stay was great, the boys loved the pool and hot tub it was just what we all needed after a long drive. the breakfast was excellent, honestly one of the bests we have had at a hotel in years! the hotel is near the freeway and the airport but it is soundproof and not a peep got inside while we were sleeping to wake us up.

the only reason it’s not a ten is the staff. they were friendly but when I asked for bedding for the full size couch hid-abed it never came. I could have thrown a fit, however it was plenty warm in the room so my wife and I gave up our blanket for our son.

If all third parties like yourselves would communicate what we needed at each hotel not one of them did all hotels we stayed at 4 in all all said the same thing why ask us what we want and need you don’t tell the hotels my handicapped had to sleep on the floor she couldn’t get in bed and the toilet was so low I had to help her on and off I had never seen one so low we will call hotels first so we get what we need

We arrived around midnight and the night manager was waiting for us. There was a mix-up in the number of beds we needed and he promptly found us another room. He was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and nice. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. They had sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, cold cereal and muffins. It is close to the airport and interstate, and easy to find. I would stay here again.

Front desk clerk (Tanner) was awesome. Our A/C went out in our car on the way there. It was an 8 1/2 drive with temps at 102 degrees. He gave us a mechanic to go to and we had it fixed. He went well above helping us. Also the breakfast was very good and the pool and room were great. Location is near everything.

The lights by both sides of the bed were burnt out and the fridge was turned off when we got there. It took the freezer awhile to get cold

Breakfast was great, location was good for us, our room was terrific and we enjoyed having the jacuzzi in our room. The pool and spa were a plus.

Sometimes staff was a bit slow in responding at the front desk and catered more to the sports team than our needs for our group to have our rooms close together, but, I should have requested that before we got there.

We loved the spaciousness, the layout, the comfort, and cleanliness of the room, especially for the price! It was so nice! And the breakfast was wonderful! The nighttime desk staff was so kind and welcoming (I didn't catch his name but I remember that he was in a wheelchair). Very enjoyable experience, we will stay here again next time we're in the area!

The front desk clerks were awesome! Our first four nights we were given an accessible room that was very spacious. Housekeeping kept our room clean and towels changed out daily. Trash picked up. The breakfast was good and the dining area spacious and open. No crowding to get to the food. We left to travel and returned 2 days later to spend our last night before flying out, and were put in a regular room. The space was just as good even though it was smaller but the A/C wasn't working well. Everything else was fine.

The hot tub never worked right. When we first arrived they reported it wasn't heating up but that a new element had just been replaced and that it should be working soon. We tried it 3 days later. It was hot enough but the jets didn't work. When we returned to the hotel the last day we tried it again and the jets still weren't working. It was still hot anyway.

I did not find alot that I liked, I did eat some eggs & juice could of been better

The pool & hot tub was not working, that is one reason why I choose this hotel, The front desk had one of the other employees standing talking loud with front desk person, I could hear everything while I was eating breakfast which I found unprofessional, I dint need to hear them talking or laughing while I was reading papers

Nice place to stay, good parking.

In the two week stay, housekeeping didn’t come once, possibly I needed to ask. And idk how long the guest laundry has been out but that’s something when running a business that’s advertised needs to be fixed promptly, washed about 4 times in the two week stay and needed to go to a outside source
