Location is great and room was excellent. Staff was patient and kind (Lily and Michael and Stefanie). Check in was quick and easy. Front desk took my calls when my flight was four hours delayed and held my room as requested. An Uber was sent to pick me and my luggage up at the airport which I greatly appreciated. Didn't realize this is an extended stay property. Updated and very lovely accommodation. 👍

No breakfast was available and the local Denny's is now closed, so food can only be found away from the area (a car is needed). Applebee's across the road does not serve breakfast. A kitchen is available in the room so food could have been prepared if I had time and ability to shop. Coming directly from the airport without a car made food shopping impossible.

I love the room set up, the place was very well put together. Wasn’t over the top in decor, very relaxed. I found plenty of room to put my stuff in and organized fashion. Honestly it would be perfect for a small studio apartment haha.

My only complaints are this; the mattress I had was not very good. I had to find the divot and curl up in that. The bedsheets were fine, I didn’t like how the comfort wasn’t in a closed sheet it was just open faced. I’m not sure if I had miss a note on this or not but there was no room service in the capacity of towels / trash / bed being changed every day.

Great location right off the interstate and awesome value for a large room! Room felt clean and parking lot was very nicely lit so we felt comfortable leaving our car with some of our belongings in it over night.

We rented a room with a kitchen but no pots, pans, silverware, or dishes are provided, so the kitchen isn’t very usable unless you bring your own stuff. Disappointing but for a room that was less than $100 a night, still a great value

Easy access and parking, updated and clean, nice staff and ease of access with everything, pet friendly and no issues with my service dogs like other hotels have done.

This was not the hotels fault but the room next to us had guests screaming, fighting, and throwing each other around which woke us up twice but the staff did address it the best they could very promptly. The beds and pillows were not great but for the price paid it was acceptable

I enjoyed the location, the cleanliness and that it has a kitchenette. Another great thing about this location is they have plates and bowls and utensils at the front desk that you can purchase as a package for a very reasonable price along with other food items. I requested a fan for the room which was provided and I have never slept so good in any motel as I did the night I stayed here

Closeness to things we needed our granddaughter is station there so it is very close when we visit. Friendly clean price is another benefit and having the refrigerator microwave and storage and being able to do cooking reheating .

We were on the 3rd floor so there was some noise that was disturbing lots of loud talking early morning

Great location for us we have a military member also we misplaced a set of airbuds and they found them and reached out to us and was able to retrieve them thank u thank u Close to restaurants comfortable clean and if we st add y more than 2 night's it will be great to have the amenities that is offered

We could not connect to Wifi and absolutely no luck with getting Cable or any streaming channels on in room TV. Be prepared to bring your passwords, if the only channels available to guests are streaming channels. Disappointed as we wanted to at least view highlights of Olympics Absolutely no cable channels available.

Good staff, easy check-in, clean and comfortable room, good coffee, good parking, close to airport, close to Applebee's, quiet, well-maintained, English-speaking staff. It was easy to extend my stay also.

No breakfast offered except good coffee, but across the street from Holiday Inn, which has breakfast for a charge.

I liked the large refrigerator with a large container to keep the ice I brought with me frozen. I like the spaceousness of the room and bathroom

I didn't like the mattress--way too soft. I didn't like the covers. It was either too hot when used, or too cold when I tried to use just a sheet. I'm not a fan of those bedding combinations many motels use.
