location , comfortable beds, friendly staff.

we were there for 4 nights and our bins were not collected we had to empty them ourselves and leave outside door. also toilet paper was not replaced during our stay until we asked on the 3rd night. with 4 people to a room this should have been noted and done without asking. no hard feelings just something to note to improve ☺️

- The kindness of all the staff thanks to Angel and especially Anthony who was professional very kind and helpful and very reactive to all our request, we will come back here for another trip in florida! - Perfect location in the Miami south beach! It's juste few steps of the beach (Lummus park) and good restaurants around, a walking distance to espanola way and Lincoln road - Very quiet room on one side of the hôtel

- To overcome : The noise of housekeepers was insupportable...every morning they talk to each other a long time and very loudly. - A kettle or coffee maker in the room will be perfect

The Staff is amazing. Alejandro that always gets the door for you and is as helpful as anyone can be deserves his own star. The location is perfect, close to everything you need/want and most important for us- close to the beach.

It would have been Nice if the rooms had a an Electric kettle so you could make your own coffe in the morning. The cleaning during the stay could be a touch better in the bathrooms during the stay- maybe making sure there is the correct number of towels (when lacking the reception took care of it promptly, it would Just be Nice not having to call for them every day)

this has been an overdue review but we came from London to Miami for spring break & this was one of the best stays ever. ALEXANDER & KENSON deserve a promotion or a raise . they made us feel so comfortable & being 3 girls on holiday in a foreign country is already a lot . but these guys provided incredible service! Robin was super great to us aswell & when things went left made them go right . i love my kent hotel family & I’ll be back soon i have a video of my experience on my tik tok @galaxyextractions_

Really great staff, great location, really enjoyed our stay. Had a random 30minute period where the skies opened up and rain fell like I have never seen before; staff handed us towels as we came back to the hotel - nice touch

Nothing we disliked, would have been even better if had kettle and the lounge did some better offers for Kent Hotel folks (breakfast offer was OK (small saving) but the dinner ones were minor saving).

great location

Rooms were rather small and nowhere to sit with a family of 5. 4 Sofas in the lobby but no area to play cards or read. No house keeping, only when requested and paid for. We requested new towels at one point and the old towels were left in the bathroom and only 2 large new towels placed on the bed, no small towels or flannels for 5 people. Barking dog opposite us for 2 nights and partying teenagers in front of our room door at 1am in the mornings. The breakfast for $6.99 (without teas or coffee) was awful!!!!

It was a good choice. Very nice boutique hotel, nice rooms. Nice service. The basic equipment is missing, ordinary glasses, a kettle without a deposit and a microwave oven - these little things would greatly increase the comfort of your stay. A laundry room would be nice too - 1 washing machine and 1 dryer for guest use. It would be great. Rooms nice, beds comfortable, large. I am waiting for my deposit to be returned. Having stayed in several hotels, I see that there is a problem with voluntary return on time - I hope not at the Kent Hotel.

Hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. They even have a bar restaurant right downstairs in the hotel and had daily specials for the people staying inside the hotel. Also they have a 24hour front desk staff that was very helpful and welcoming

Only thing I didn't like no microwave in the rooms and I know that's cause there a restaurant right downstairs so that's probably why no microwave and didn't like the elevator was outdated had a weight capacity of three people at a time. So I had to use the stairs to bring luggage up glad we was only on the second floor but everything else was wonderful

The hotel manager was amazing, she let us check in early after we arrived from a cruise at 7am. The rest of the staff was great too and helpful. The location of the hotel is an advantage: very central and connected to the airport by a direct bus. The room was clean and had a big TV and wardrobe. The reception area smelt nice and there was a nice atmosphere.

It was a lot of money for a week day off peak time of the year. The room was nice and clean but old fashioned furniture and the view wasn't the best. It could be noisy at night time and in the corridor.
