Beautiful facilities and great location.

My family and I stayed in this unit at the Four Seasons Luxury Hotel over the holiday break, and we could not have pictured a more perfect place to vacation. Whether looking for a family get away, or a quiet business trip, the hotel and unit work perfectly for either type of travel. The unit was perfect for our stay with a family of 5. The entire room was clean and well taken care of. The light gray walls looked freshly painted. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed, including a coffee maker, microwave, dining ware, and a fridge. It also had a table for four and a comfortable, pullout sofa. The unit has two bathrooms, making it very convenient and quiet if you are traveling with a family. Both bathrooms were clean and spacious. The master bathroom was gorgeous, featuring a jacuzzi tub and privacy toilet. The hallway separating the family room and master bedroom made for a very quiet stay. In addition, the master bedroom had a huge, comfortable bed that looked out to the most amazing view of the bay! The view was absolutely breathtaking! In addition to the unit, the amenities and service of the hotel were absolutely outstanding. The concierge was always available and attentive, volunteering to make reservations or schedule appointments as needed. At one point, there was a short line for the consier and the staff working at the checkout was quick to come over to the line and help us immediately so we did not have to wait. The hotel also offers splendid services that we took advantage of, such as the daily coffee bar, Equinox Gym, complimentary yoga by the pool, evening hot chocolate, and events such as the guacamole cart and wine tasting nights. The service and amenities were exceptional! Lastly, the location of the hotel could not have been better! It is located in Brickell, which is a clean, quiet, and convenient area. It is situated downtown, right next to the bay. The hotel is just a block from the water, making it ideal to take a stroll

This apartment is perfect. It is in one of the best areas of the city, is spacious enough for 3 guests, is well-appointed (complete with Four Seasons robes and slippers), and should you need anything the hotel concierge and desk are a call away. Check in and out were fast and easy. We will definitely stay here again.

Wish we had more time to take advantage of the pool and Equinox facilities!

The only problem we had was being asked three days running to pass the credit card.

I come to visit the caverns so I think i choose a good location ❤️ good service and comfortable
