This hotel was quiet, despite its location near the highway. Restaurants and stores are within walking distance, so no uber or taxi needed. Rooms are cool, beds are comfy, bathrooms are clean and they have good wi-fi. Breakfast is good with many options to enjoy. Airport shuttle is prompt and a welcome necessity.

Website needs updating which I reported to them, as this hotel does not accept mail or store luggage as indicated. Had to find alternative luggage storage nearby at an added cost and inconvenience.

Fast wifi, quiet, good breakfast. Just know that in order to get a shuttle from the airport, you need to call once you’re at the hotel shuttle station and let them know what station you’re at. They also have specific shuttle hours, so if you arrive in the off-time, you need to call beforehand to make arrangements.

As stated above, you need to call to arrange pickup from the airport. It wasn’t an issue for us since we were arriving during shuttle hours and had service. Might affect people’s trip if they do not have service or arrive after-hours.

This is a pleasant hotel. Staff is courteous. Rooms are large and fairly quiet. Breakfast is good. The pool hours and temperature are great, although often it's "discovered" by too many children.

The advertised free airport shuttle is supposed to run every half hour to and from the airport. When we arrived at the airport at 9 p.m., however, we were told that the shuttle was already enroute to pick up a lot of people whose planes apparently all came in at the same time, so it would be 45 minutes to an hour before we'd be picked up and we would just have to wait there. Instead, we paid $20 for an airport taxi -- not reimbursed.

The hotel was nice and clean. Our plane landed at 9:30 am and our room wasn’t ready. The front desk watched our luggage until our room was ready. We did some sightseeing until about 3:45 and came back to a clean and cold room. The lobby is exceptionally clean.

Breakfast was good but I think they can have a better selection. I didn’t like having pork every morning. I didn’t that everything else was so far away.

The staff were really kind. They were attentive to the guests. The young lady working the desk on Saturday afternoon was exceptionally friendly, wanting to make sure each guest was satisfied with room and service. I booked this hotel because of their cancelation policy (same day vs day or two before). We had to take a Covid test and then fly out to Miami before leaving for Central America the next day. Thankfully we didn’t need to cancel. The hotel and staff were significantly better that the last place we stayed at down the road when traveling through. We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we travel through Miami. They also had good shuttle service to MIA.

The only downside was the breakfast was prepped for Covid. Not really a criticism considering what some other places offer during the Covid restrictions.

Found the location just using paper maps - no internet at that time, just landed from outside USA. Parking was included and convenient for hotel entrance. Good hotel reception area, clean and organised. Room was larger than expected with all the usual feathers expected. Bed was very comfy. Didnt use the free hotel/airport shuttle, but noted the bus in the car park.

The hotel breakfast area was a little small, it was very busy when we were in it. The food quality was OK, and its help yourself so no quantity problems.

Everything was excellent. The property was clean and confortable. The price was reasonable. We greatly appreciated the complementary breakfast and airport shuttle because we were only staying one night for a layover in Miami, connecting from Canada to Bonaire.

The complimentary breakfast starts at 6:30am which is very reasonable. However, we were not able to have a complete breakfast since we had an international flight in the morning at 10:30am with the shuttle scheduled at 6:30am. At least we were able to take some muffins and fruits before leaving, which we appreciated greatly!

There was plenty to eat for Breakfast and the staff were very attentive, replenishing foods when required. The room was clean and tidy, comfortable, and again the staff were friendly and helpful. The airport was easily navigated and found shuttle bus connection area no problems.

The hotel was a bit dated, and could do with a few minor updates, such as painting to freshen it up!

I arrived late and the night duty chap - Antonio was very friendly, polite, and helpful. He went out of his way to help with my requests. I appreciated his excellent service so late at night with cheer and good humor. He always said hello and was friendly. The shuttle drivers and housekeeping staff were also very helpful. I cannot say that of all the staff and some desk staff could take tips from Antonio on how to engage positively with your clients.

Not all, but some staff were rather robotic and almost disinterested in serving and helping you. Doing the absolute minimum ways the order of the day.
