Restaurants and live music. Pool area was nice. Size and layout of unit.

The units are all different, so the quality of furniture varies. Our unit had nice comfortable beds, but the couches were small old and uncomfortable. The living room tv was the size of a computer monitor and didn’t have a remote. Balcony only had two metal chairs and a small side table with a dirty ashtray. Our friends stayed in a different unit with much nicer furniture and a dining table on the patio. There should be a minimum standard for furnishings.

Loved having fresh linens and cleaning service when needed. Everyone on staff was very friendly and accommodating. Small property was homey and other visitors were all so nice. Restaurants and entertainment on location was so convenient.

TV service was impossible. Many issues. Staff always came to resolve but then it would go out again. Many other vacationers had the same problems. Look forward to seeing this property when landscaping is restored from hurricane and renovations are completed.

I liked the quiet atmosphere. If I needed company I could go to the shops area and join in the live music evenings. I enjoyed the pool and soaking up sun, the shaded tree area was nice as well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I’d love to visit again!

I like to cook , so a better equipped kitchen would be nice. While the bed was comfortable the couch in the living area was not.

The apartment was spacious and clean. It has small kitchen, dining area, living room area, patio with chairs, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Perfect for family! The hotel had close by restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We enjoyed our stay and also our time at pool.

When we arrived, it was just a few minutes after check in hour. The office was relocated, and new office was in another building. Navigation to a new reception was poor and we could not find it also with another guests. Finally, someone from local restaurant navigate us to the elevator where we find out, that office was closed anyway. By the end, all was good because I found information about check in at my text messages. I would appreciate if navigation to a new office was more direct.

The service was EXCELLENT! The rooms were clean. Linen and bedding very comfortable. The location was also great. We could walk to shops and restaurants; it was quiet and little traffic. The pool area was very nice and the water temperature was warm enough. The water pressure in the showers was great.

The unit was for four but couch only comfortably held 3. Need better blinds in front bedroom - it was like daytime all night long. We hung garbage bags over the blinds to block the light. We didn't cook much but a few more dishes would have been good. The beds were a little soft for my taste but I realize everyone has different preferences.

The suite was big and very clean. It was also quiet and very private. The staff was was helpful and responded to what we needed. We were located close to the pool which was nice. The parking was perfectly located.

It would be good if towels were located in the pool area for guests to use. It would also be great if there was a small food area to get food at while at the pool.

We had to show some miscontent to get our room at 4 pm because it was not ready, and the check-in time was 4 pm. We had a 2 years old kid, and when we complained about it, they told us to wait 30 minutes, so we got our room after 4pm. The room was very nice and comfortable. It was very clean too. We loved staying here. I didn't give a higher score for the incident with check-in time.

The rooms are awesome. We liked the relaxed location and fact that it had a dinette and separate sleeping rooms.

Room cleaning; restocking of towels, garbage bags, ect. Also worth mentioning, you really should move to a system that uses room key cards to pay for things like laundry. That would make it easier and more efficient for everyone. Otherwise, we love the place and it’s a beautiful property

the room was very nice and clean.

We did not have any cleaning staff during our entire stay which seemed a little weird. The directions on how to find the elevator were very confusing, I think the lady that checked us in was in a hurry to leave since we got there at 5:10 and she was already held up checking in someone else. It would have been great to know that NOTHING was open on Monday on the property and even elsewhere on the island.

The staff was great and were very accommodating when we had to extend our stay due to a snowstorm up north. We had a suite that included practically everything (though I did bring a few spices). There are restaurants in walking distance and live music most nights. We rented bikes from the Island Bike Shop 3 blocks a way. This place couldn't have worked out better for us and our grandkids!

Parking can be difficult in the evening when people come here to restaurants as they share the same parking lot as the hotel.
