This place checked all my boxes for the money. comfortable bed, great shower pressure (it’s intense so don’t get a sunburn!) very clean, air conditioner worked great, all the amenities of an apartment, quiet & safe. Marco is small so the beach is only a short drive, like 10 min to south beach.
Couldn’t figure out how to lock the balcony door which freaked me out as a solo traveler.

NO breakfast Y’all enlarge the pool pic compare to what it’s really is. I think it’s a little misleading. I mean y’all didn’t have to because the location is good and the pool size is fantastic.

Very clean and well kitted out with a full kitchen. Huge space with 2 bedrooms and a dining area plus sofas.
The families living next door to the property were quite active until late into the evening. However, this is where they live and we understood that, perhaps the sound proofing on the windows could be better.

Friendly staff. Enjoyed sitting on lake beach. Pool was warm. Kitchenette had newer appliances, nice dishes. Good towels. Bed comfortable.
Sign could be posted in pool area that chairs are for people who are actually using the pool. inconsiderate women place towels on numerous chairs but never had more than 2 people present during the day. It is not a large area. Pool furniture needs an update, many chairs cracked.

The recently updated renovation was attractive and very functional👍 The desk clerk on Friday, March 24 was pleasant and helpful. The balcony overlooking the lake was large and very enjoyable. The kitchen supplies were plentiful and thoughtful.

Very close to main road for shopping and restaurants. The check in/out was very easy. The room was spacious with a full kitchenette. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The pool was very nice with the view of the lake.
The rooms do need maintenance and updates. The beach area seating/tables should get cleaned. The wildlife has made them very dirty.

No breakfast was offered. Location was central.
There was not an Ice machine available, Having to wait until 4:00 pm for the room to be available was an inconvenience. Specially considering that the place seemed not to be full. When we arrived, we told the receptionist we needed to use a restroom. Both of the restrooms were out of order in the office. We had just driven 4 hours to get there. The receptionist told us to go to Publix and use their restrooms.

The place was CLEAN! Full of great people and it's LOCATION is immaculate to everything. Not sure how close the beach access is as I was here for work but it's what you need in a room. AC is a 10 and the Wi-Fi handled my streaming. 10 plus place you guys.

The pool is very nice and the building was very well kept pretty blue and white not close to the beach but not too far from things so it’s pretty nice day
