The breakfast every morning was exceptional as they had a variety of items to choose from. Eggs, waffles , breakfast meat, bread, muffins, cheese etc. All of the staff were very nice and attentive. The room was very comfortable and spacious. You can pick what floor you want to have your room on and the television greets you with your name on it.

I didn’t like that the ac would not stay on the desired temperature I set it on . It would go from 70 to 88 randomly. The pillows were extremely soft. Not enough garbage bags or big enough bins for trash in the room. The front desk wasn’t sure how to assist me with utilizing the washing machines properly; they had to get a building staff member to help me.

Everything was great, don´t understand what some people complain. In total we stayed 10 nights. Good pool, good breakfast, rooms are clean, NO moist or bugs or any other smells - SUPERB, staff is extremely friendly. Rooms were little bit dark, but this is personal preference :). Air conditioning was actually working as it supposed to - you could adjust room temperature as needed. 24/7 available free coffee/hot water for tea/cold flavored water. At this price range, definitely the best hotel we have stayed in, in recent years, even compared to other continents (EU, Asia etc, we have traveled quite a lot), highly recommend this hotel !!!!

The facility is great, nice hotel, with beautiful rooms. Nice fitness and delicious breakfast. Staff is nice and helpfull.

The service for that high class of hotel and money should be better. They do not wash your clothes on your request, they have a washing machine, but you need to bring your own washing powder (it would be nice to buy powder in hotel:)). Our room had quite nice kitchenette with a fridge. We bought a bottle od wine, they didnt have a glasses for wine, nor wine opener. Rooms do not have safes, at reception they couldnt open their safes, so we couldnt use those. Just little things to improve, which are somehow important for good experience. But we recomend the hotel!

excellent all around, location, spaces room, clean quiet and looks and feels new. Staff friendly and very courteous. Parking is enough and well lighted.

The bathtub seat about two inches high than the floor. On the way in, you are climbing in and getting out stepping down. With an aging population is just a matter of time someone is going to lose balance and a sure some lawyer with have a blast. Another grab bar by the side to enter the tub simple and if one accident is avoided will pay for itself.

Every staff member we interacted with was kind. There were different breakfast options each day and they were all tasty. The staff was all attentive, and helpful, and hard-working.

The floor in our room’s bathroom and even the carpeted floor were dirty. We had to wear shoes indoors or our feet would become extremely dirty.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and a great size. The staff went above and beyond to help us out. The buffet breakfast was to die for the morning kitchen staff is very much on top of it. They kept the food coming nice and hot and everything was super clean.

Not enough disabled parking. I have a hard time walking and had to park far from the door...because the side door was broken. The sofa bed had no extra pillows.

Once again the inn very clean, very nice and very nice employees. Great breakfast bar! Truly wanted to make us feel at home! We stayed two nights earlier in the week and then went to the key West for a couple days - - was going to fly out of fort Lauderdale to come home and decided to stay back at this location because it was so nice!

The complimentary breakfast was great, The food was hot and the staff were amazing helping guests throughout the stay. The building and room was very clean.

My only complaint was the bed, it was to stiff for me and my partner. Was difficult to sleep on, kept us tossing and turning in the night.

The room was SO modern, spacious, clean, and all around comfortable. The breakfast was awesome, best FREE hotel breakfast I've had in a long time! Friendly staff, & they even had games in the lobby, which was a plus! Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate all day long in the lobby was also great!

There is nothing that I can genuinely complain about or criticize.

The hotel is new and everything is fresh. Breakfast is ok. Pool is nice but not heated. Well appointed chain type room. Good location for visiting Everglades Good base for visiting area.

Pool cold, only weak coffee available. Nothing in walking distance. Views from hotel are poor.
