Everything was wonderful here. We loved the room. Nice size and had everything we needed included a small kitchenette. TV is huge and offers all kinds of channels. Water pressure in the shower was not the best. Pretty weak. Also a mat should be provided on the floor next to the shower stall. Since it's a half open stall the water sprays out a bit when you shower and gets on the floor. We used a towel but I could see that potentially damaging the floor there especially after repeated use.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Because the rooms are "extended stay" style, they are much better equip than a regular hotel room. I really like having a real fridge (its like 3/4 sized, but plenty big) and regular kitchen stuff if you need it (pots, pans, single burner cook top, microwave, etc.) The bed was super comfy and the A/C was nice and COLD!

If you are looking to do stuff IN Miami, just be aware this is like 30 min. from the downtown and popular area. I didn't mind this, but honestly, I don't wanna stay by the party crowd. It's very minor but, the shower door is so weird. It's like a half pane of glass that doesn't move, so the floor will totally get wet. It's a style thing, but not super practical, just put down a towel.

They had everything we needed while visiting a relative at the nearby hospital. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the hospital, maybe less. We were able to get food and eat in. It’s perfect for extended stays.

For the price it’s great. It’s a little bit loud but nothing terrible. The shower doors let water spray all over the bathroom. That was annoying. Also housekeeping did not visit our room.

Good sized room with a small kitchen and a 4 seat dining area, the beds were very comfortable and the blackout curtains worked well.

Some of the vinyl floor tiles are lifting and uneven in the bedroom and bathroom of our room, we also thought that the complimentary breakfast was very basic, the food was good but a greater choice would have been nice.

the property you can tell is new and kept! it’s definitely a nice hidden gem of a mini suite in Kendall. it had everything you needed for my family; plates, utensils, pots and pans, nice cool ac, pull out couch, streaming tv with my name on it, comfortable beds… nice selective breakfast…there was nothing to not love! definitely the go to spot when visiting Miami or Kendall for my family.

I wasn’t a huge fan of the shower with half a door and low shower pressure.

Helpful and friendly staff, especially at the front desk, , both evening and morning.

Very wasteful energy consumption. Air conditioning in common areas is much too cold, and the hall lights are on day and night (a motion sensor or timer switch should be installed so they only come on as needed.)

This was our second stay at this property. We like the location and the fact that it is pet-friendly in case we ever need to bring our babies. The rooms are clean and they have a very well stocked kitchenette. The font desk also has other items like an air fryer or crockpots that you can check out like a library.

Staff was great; friendly and helpful. Kitchen excellent and breakfast in lobby perfect. Room and hotel very clean. Excellent location for our specific needs. Many restaurants located next to hotel. I would stay here again.

handicapped space limited

the sofa bed did not fit in the space it was put in - I couldn’t open it until I physically had to move it around in the room . that hurt my back but I moved it anyway. the television remote worked slowly.

Loved how clean it was. Good location in the heart of West Kendall. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. The smart TV has access to all the channels plus apps like Netflix, hbo and more. Kitchenette has everything you could need to make a quick bite. Customer service was great and accommodated late check out. Great patio bbq area.

Breakfast wasn't great but during covid times the To-Go bag is the new norm. Noticed you could ask for coffee from behind the counter after, as there were no signs indicating how to get coffee.
