I had a bad initial experience with Ms. Dallas, night receptionist. Worst employee I have ever had contact with in my life. She was extremely rude, poorly prepared and unprofessional. luckily the next day Mr. Lalo, the manager, quickly and extremely kindly resolved the situation. Thank you very much.

Taylor is an amazing staff member and kind and personable and helps address any issues encountered via a third party booking! This nice manager graciously refused my personal tip to him after my stay needed to be extended - great employee!
My electronic keypad didn't work all of a sudden and it seemed to be an inconvenience for the night staff to call maintenance since it was late....I however couldn't access my room.

The staff was awesome and always able to help...and did what they could to help with giving us the best deals and make us feel at home....it was a home away from home.
Seems like the plumbing has a problem. The dryers dont dry your clothes and cost alot. There breakfast could be better. It seems they buy in bulk at the beginning of month and skimp towards the end but still happy they have coffee and breakfast. Really like it here

Great location, quick drive to many stores. Room was clean, pet friendly, property was was kept up as far as landscaping, many areas to sit outside and eat or hang out .
There are some areas around the (outdoors) facility that could use some pressure washing. we rented a King Suite but the door to the bedroom was glass (see through) and no lock, so when traveling with kids probably not the best idea. 😉 treadmill was out of order in the gym.

The staff we so friendly and obliging. Breakfast was a continual type and very good.
The rooms were not made up unless requested for the following morning. The morning that was requested for room service it was not done . Request reception to follow up and when the room staff did arrive in the afternoon they did the bare minimum.

Chase at the front desk was AMAZING! He was so friendly and accommodating. The property grounds are so pretty and well maintained. The pool/jacuzzi area is clean and very nice. We loved our room, it was a good size, and the air conditioner worked great! The bed was very comfy, too! All of the staff we encountered were very friendly. Parking was ample and a short distance from our room.

The advantages of the premises were good location, cleanliness, easy parking.
We were unlucky as our room had very noisy air conditioning. Every time it turned on automatically it woke me up (it was set to automatic mode). Its working and turning on was very loud.

They have a variety of breakfast items and a toaster to make some waffles that I bought myself (my favorite). So I was very pleased about that. I am between homes right now and this hotel has been the best by far. I haven't had my favorite waffles in three months until here plus the rooms are equipped with a microwave and fridge. Comfy bed. Thank you!

Very nice continental breakfast. Dog friendly a big plus. Close to 101 very convenient.
Facilities very dated and tired looking. Card key not working properly had to get it renewed twice to get back in the room. Door to room very unsightly and dirty. Iron stopped working and hà d to go to maintenance to get another.
