The staff were amazing and made me feel very welcomed. It was also very cool that they have a restaurant on site and a little fridge with all kinds of snacks and goodies you can buy. The room was a good size and had a little couch and coffee table, which I loved. The bed was huge and comfy overall. Would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom tub had a few small hairs on the edges, and given that neither myself or my guest showered, it was a bit odd. Just looked like it has been looked over during the cleaning process. The bed sheets did have kind of a wet smell to them but being closer to the beach I know that moisture in the air is a given. Other than that, everything was VERY nice.

It was a quality facility. The room was very nice and spacious. The breakfast was excellent, three different options for each day.

Housekeeping had issues. Towels and coffee stuff were a real issue. The room had towels for one person so I had to head to the lobby to get more towels. The coffee stuff was missing the creamers. The next day they didnt replace our towels so I had to go get some. The coffee stuff was missing regular coffee. The second day I had to go get more towels. The front desk told that we had a Do Not Disturb tag on the door. Both days we took the tag off when we left the room around 11-12. I guess they dont check after that.

Breakfast was plentiful with a nice selection of items. Clean. The woman who checked us in was very helpful and nice. She was quite pleasant. There was live music in the bar/ restaurant. It was nice. Parking was super easy and close to our room. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. 12:00 checkout was great! Electronic keys worked the first time every time and didn’t jam. Overall a very pleasant stay.

When we checked in we were fortunate to have a nice person behind the counter. However, the other woman behind the counter was rude and seemed overwhelmed, even though she only had one customer with no one waiting. Made snide remarks to someone asking a simple question. She was behind the counter the next morning and acted exactly the same way. Very disagreeable and unpleasant. A stark difference from the woman helping us.

The room was clean, wifi was good enough to actually watch streaming service and game on, very thankful for the desk and chair in the room, the balcony was nice, water pressure was good, everything was clean.

I requested a top floor and was placed with a view of people walking in and out of the main office. High traffic, low privacy. I did not like that very much. The television did not allow you to connect your laptop for work/movies. There was no HDMI ports on the TV. Had to use the laptop screen and I didn't even use the TV at all.

I appreciated the attention to client comfort. It felt rather retro, still I liked the indoor courtyard and all the areas in the lobby to sit. I wish I had seen the massage chairs the night I arrived, that would have been a boon. The painting on the stalls in the bathroom were very sweet, meant to match the pictures. It is an older hotel, yet I found it very charming and comfortable. The water bottle filling station was fantastic! Loved that.

The room was very inviting, spacious, and beautiful. I loved that I had a fridge and microwave and the property had a spa and pool. Gym service was provided close by m. Try be staff were amazing and helpful.

I stayed for nine days and they wouldn’t clean our room not once. I wished they told us kept leaving the sign for the room to be cleaned and nothing. I eventually asked and then they told us sure to Covid they don’t. Anyway they provided fresh towels and linen for us.

The front desk clerks seem to be always so friendly! I love it. Even when I had to check in at midnight they were very courteous and friendly.

Disliked that you had to call down to the front desk to get a plastic bag delivered to your room so that you could put all your used towels and sheets in it. You put them outside your door. Then once they take it they are supposed to bring back fresh ones but never did. I had to go to the front desk and ask for them (twice). The cleaning crew does not come into the room at all during your stay. No exceptions. Which they should lower the price of the rooms if they are not going to give you the full services you pay for. I understand the whole Covid thing but was surprised because I wasn’t told this before I booked a 10 day stay that could not be canceled without a rather hefty fee.

The location is excellent! Right off the freeway, so it's easy to find and easy to get to everything. The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. I loved the balcony and the bedspreads. The towels were so nice, not thin and scratchy like at some hotels. There were a ton of outlets in the room, which made charging our various devices a breeze. The television was nice, and there were a wide variety of channels, which is nice. We loved the courtyard, even though it is closed for safety reasons. It was a beautiful space, and I felt safer knowing that my room opened toward the enclosed courtyard and not the street.

Literally my only complaint (and it's not really a complaint) was that our incidental charge was twice as much as it should have been. That money gets returned, so it's not a big deal, but when I mentioned it at check-in it seemed as if the front desk didn't understand what I meant. Communication gap, not language barrier. On check out, I went to the desk to double check that I was charged the correct amount, and everything was explained. No problem.

We flew into LAX at midnight and wanted to catch some sleep before driving all the way back to the central coast. We arrived after 2 a.m. and were warmly greeted by staff. Our room was comfortable, clean and functional. We did not have a chance to take advantage of any of the offered perks but they were plentiful -- breakfast, gym access, great lobby, etc. Maybe next time!!

On site restaurant with good food. Nice salt water pool. Beautiful courtyard that all rooms open onto. Lovely lobby. Much to like here!

Shower dispensers did not work very well. Hard to get any shampoo or conditioner from them.
