It was a nice place to stay it was clean and convenient for where I was going. The staff was nice and friendly on my arrival but later on in the evening when I went into the lobby to get some provisions the staff was not very nice or helpful. The next morning when I went in the same staff was there when I was greeted and they were again very nice and helpful.

The one thing that was not acceptable was that the toilets were so low to the ground that my knees were literally higher than the toilet seat. My wife has bad knees, and I literally had to lift her up off the toilet it is so low. If you have bad knees or arthritis or you are handicapped you do not want to stay at this hotel.

Breakfast was OK didn’t like how the staff had to serve you mostly everything and we’re no longer on Covid watch they didn’t seem to care if you were enjoying your breakfast they were more concerned about how many packs of sugar or salt and pepper you were taking to use at your table. Too controlling and hovering over everybody while they were eating making their waffles getting juice they also didn’t have the basics peanut butter for those of us that like it on our waffles no sugar free syrup for my husband who’s a diabetic and just little things like that we’ve stayed at your properties multiple times and have never had this issue before. Maybe it was just this site. The website also said that they have social in the lobby but when we arrived on Thursday night it was only on Wednesday nights now but I did not say that when I booked nor did it say it on your website

The breakfast was great. Honestly, best hotel breakfast I have had. We also loved that there was a Trader Joe's within walking distance. Hot tub was great way to end the night. Staff was super nice and helpfull.

This is going to sound worse that it was but, I felt sick when I was in the room. I turned off air conditioner and it was way better. I think the filter might need to be changed. I also probably made it worse by sleeping next to it on the pull out couch.

I really like all the amenities that aren’t the norm at other hotel. I.e. The full functional kitchen including kitchen sink, dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove top, pots & pans. Real Silverware, glassware, and a full size refrigerator and freezer. This is my favorite place to stay whenever I visit Agoura.

I’m not sure what was happening with the key cards, but they kept deactivating at random times. Even though this happened a lot. Rudy was super helpful in resolving it and resetting or giving us new keys to get into the building and our rooms.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and area felt safe. Was asked by night manager how the stay is so far and to let him know if anything was needed.

The room next to us was horrible. They kept going in and out all day and night, door slamming every time. They would put the lock bar over so they didn’t need their card all the time. Their kids would scream starting at 6am. The manager even went down to talk to them about it and it never changed.

We have stayed at this Homewood Suites several times and have enjoyed our stay every time. Rooms have always been clean, quiet and comfortable. Check in is always simple and breakfast has always been delicious. It's conveniently located right off the freeway, near restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and most importantly for us, the Canyon Club.

I have not had a negative experience at this Homewoods.

plenty of parking

if you come for breakfast at 8:59, you won’t get any because they turn off the lights and pack it up while you are there trying to serve yourself. But by the dryness of the sausage and eggs, I think they pack it up each day and just reserve it day after day. If you try to find a snack or food in vending machines, guess what? the signs on every floor saying “vending” aren’t accurate. they must have removed them all. we checked every corner of every floor.

breakfast was adequate. because of our room location, it was inconvenient to carry food back to our room for my spouse.

Because of your website I reserved our room through a booking agent and I was not given the opportunity to ask for or use any discounts available (AAA, Senior, military, etc.).

The breakfast and the reception were lifesavers to save our money on food. The food was good quality. The room was great, spacious and perfect for our family’s stay.

I wish there was a playground for kids instead of the putting green.

It was nice to have two rooms and a hot breakfast. The staff was very accommodating.

Itchy, stiff couch, large bathroom door opened out & blocked vanity/sink area, not enough trash bins or Kleenex boxes in the suite, more wash cloths and hand towels, sturdier utensils at breakfast, hand held/adjustable shower head, a 3 way mirror in room would be nice
