The location and facilities were excellent as were the staff. Cleanliness was good. The included breakfast was good (see exception below)
Over priced and they charged $10 per day extra for parking. This is attached to a major shopping center with plenty of lit and patrolled free parking, but if you want to park near your room, it is $10 extra. TERRIBLE especially for what they charge for a room. Good breakfast but on the second day, they had really good Southern Biscuits BUT NO GRAVY!! WHY?

Room exceeded expectations. We paid for the Deluxe King room. We were traveling for our daughter's graduation, and we didn't know if an extra bed might be needed based on dorm check out. Didn't use the bed, but loved that we had more space and a couch to sit on. The room was clean and spacious and well worth the little extra we paid for deluxe king. (Booking early we had great rates.)
Everything was spot on! If I had to complain, it is that you can only access the hotel by driving through the walmart shopping center parking lot. I think they should build an access from the other side road.

The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable. The pool was nice and it was heated. The breakfast was perfect.
The location was close to everything, but the hotel sits behind a Walmart and there were multiple homeless people around the hotel. The room was clean. but dusty and the shower pressure was horrible in the room. It was tough to take a shower and get wet I ended up washing my hair in the bathrooom sink.

Extra charge to park vehicle. Felt like an upcharge. Most people who use a motel arrive by personal car. Why not raise rate by $10? It felt like something a mom & pop motel would do, not Hilton. $10 a day parking made me feel taken advantage of. Boo.

The free breakfast had a great selection and plenty of space to enjoy your meal each morning.
The rooms were limited in options. The hotel never seemed crowded, but the parking was kind of a mess. The front of the hotel is kind of in a weird spot for guests to visit. The pool is pretty small and there isn't any laundry on site.

Breakfast was substantial . Rooms were pleasant. Staff is helpful. Location great for being near college graduation, restaurants and shopping centers. Area lovely for walking.
The hotel is a little hard to find even with GPS as it is tucked behind a Walmart, but after the initial confusion, it was fine.

Everything was fine, except we were in a rush to check out, and I accepted the receipt for my stay without checking it. The price on the receipt was a bit higher than my Booking.com paperwork. Not a lot, but it wasn't consistent. I am NOT happy about that!

The entrance to the hotel is funky. There was enough parking but I had to park near a shopping area that was near the hotel (backside) and I didn't feel comfortable leaving it there and the sting was I had to pay $10 for the "permit to park."

We really loved the hotel and it's location. The room was very spacious and clean. Room was quite until the van situation which was unfortunate. We will absolutely stay here again!!!
At 12:50 am a van was at front door of lobby and had his speakers EXTREMELY LOUD, after about 20 minutes we had to call the front desk. Had to have woken up everyone on front side of hotel. Was pretty unbelievable that employee was unaware of what was going on.
