The hotel was clean quiet and comfortable.

What I didnt like is the fact that there is no mention of the $50 security deposit that must be paid with a credit or debit card and the fact that I was charged twice once for 188.46 and the other for the actual cost of the room 138.46. I dont understand why it was done that way. I received the 188.46 back into my account within 3 days it makes it seem like I was paying 188.46 for a deposit rather than 50. Being on a fixed income this caused my account to decline other automatic payments that were due on the 3rd.causing me to have late fees to pay. A notice would have been nice.

I really like the ability to close off the bedroom from living space. Makes it feel less like a hotel room.

Ceiling showed patch job where spackling wasn't covered by the popcorn texture. Also, carpet was ripped in bedroom.

At this time I have nothing that I like but I would have loved to have had the room ready and easy check in not all the shinnagins of we don't have any one under that name can you come at a later time then you come and have a seat in the lobby while all other customers who were most likely walk ins get a room before you!!!!!

I have prior reserved at this specific Hotel and never had an issue but this time I was rudely told that I didnt come up on there reservations and that I needed to come back at 3:00pm which mind you it was 1:30 pm I had food and my kids ready to get off and eat ,relax! So now its 3:08 pm Im still sitting in the Lobby waiting its just so inconvenient I would like to get my kids out the car its a hot day and part of the reason. Why I use booking.com is so I don't have this inconvenience!!!!!!

stuff was great

toilet stopped working and started leaking, they refused to move room and left us without the use of a toilet for 24 hours. it is very very outdated, weeds everywhere and rooms have such old decor, water stains on ceilings etc. again overalll staff was amazing

the property is in a great location right off the highway very convenient. looks great from the out side and the employees and nice.

the rooms are outdated but that’s no problem, the rooms are not very clean, decided to move the couch a bit and we found pizza slices and trash under it it was gross but we decided to ignore it.

very friendly staff. Mark at front desk was very nice and willing to help us with an issue with my car, he was also super friendly,.when check out the lady same thing, beds are confortable; room was clean, and we also like the den with a small sofa separated for the beds.

pool not open; noise on the upper floor room was very noticed

Rooms could be more cleaner and the rooms don’t roll over we got there at 3:40 am and still had to check out at 11am and also I booked 2 king rooms and they give me full size beds that’s not what I booked

The location is right off the freeway. The bed was so comfortable. The shower pressure / temperature was ideal for the terrible weather. The staff was so helpful and friendly.

The AC was not working well. However, front desk staff did everything possible to get it working. A repairman came to the room and worked his magic on the AC unit. By the time we came back from our event our room was an Ice box.

Ive been here a good amount of times and everytime has been fantastic the staff is friendly and answer any and all questions without being rude. The beds are great showers great but they kinda need to work on some of the a.c. units my last room a.c. was not working properly. But over all good place.

I absolutely loved every single bit of it. I never expected it to have a fountain or a pond with coy fish. It’s beautiful and makes you really comfortable. The room was bigger than I thought and had a really nice view.

There is nothing not to like. Everything was amazing. Although I couldn’t find the pool hours anywhere.
