Nice, clean and great location. Staff friendly and very help.
We had to switch rooms at 1am because A/C stopped working. We did get another room but had to walk outside to a different part of the building and parking lot was dark.

I loved the location and price it was clean and convenient. We had attended a funeral at rose hills and family was within 10minutes so we super enjoyed the location and cleanliness
When we went to check in the person at the front desk told his coworker that the machine would read if it was a fake credit card? I felt really judged and down after that. Idk if he was training or what but it definitely made me feel uncomfortable asking them anything after that. They also did not explain any fees or holds like most hotels do. It’s a given they are there but I would have liked to known the total with the hold on my card like most hotels do

We needed a luggage cart and none were available, however the attendant was able to find one for me , I also had another issue which the staff went above and beyond to assist me and resolve my issue, We really APPRECIATED his assistance
The first room that we were given had a very strong cigarette smell, my wife has respiratory issues and her throat and her sinuses started to bother her. After a call to the receptionist, she instantly gave us a different and non cigarette smelling room which we appreciated and were very THANKFUL for her quick response. .

I wanted a room close to the lobby and the room they gave us was on the 4th floor at the very end the a/c was broke and the room was very dusty other then that i love this hotel just a bad experience

My family loved the cookies. We loved that it was next to a mall and plenty of eateries. The room was clean. Housekeeping comes by request. All we needed was extra towels, and they made good on that. Staff was super friendly even the late night early morning staff. Will definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location. This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel You have everything next to you. Freeway, places to eat, places to shop
Fix your hot tub. Fix the A/C in the laundry room. And have a printer at the computer area so that we can print if we need to. Otherwise it was a great stay

For what you get it's really incredible, super soft bed you will forget you even tried falling asleep, soundproof walls, clean and spacious bathroom, and a more modern flat screen TV with an HDMI port free for whatever device you wanna use! Absolutely fantastic plus you get a decent view of everything outside if you are on the third, fifth floor. Easy and quick check out you just drop off the cards after you say what room you stayed and you can just walk out hassle free

the location is great and it’s very quiet. no road noise.
the doors for our end of the building,on the parking lot ,lock at 10 pm. When we returned to our rooms for the night, our room keys would not open the door outside. We had to walk the length of the building twice to get in after a very long day. Not cool
