Breakfast in this hotel is good, we stayed for 3 days and the lady in the cafe change the meat differently daily and it’s a plus for us, she is very attentive, the basic breakfast all you need they have it. They have fruits, coffee, milk, juices, cereals, pancake (you make your own) and a lot more, just don’t expect Hilton type fancy breakfast. The shower is really great hot water is hot love it! The pressure is strong and the toilet is updated. They just need to the toilet paper holder its need TLC. They don’t have pool just saying incase you did see this during your booking. There are a lot of Chinese buss tour staying this hotel and others. Plus side they gave you slippers to wear and bathtub. They have limited parking space, the whole time I was there I’d always able to get a parking space which is a plus and the space is a great size for a full dive SUV, the parking are all outside around the hotel. incase you run out of space across the street the massive parking space of the gyms fitness’s not sure if it’s ok to park there. The down size when we came in this hotel has a funky smell on the whole way, the room Aircondition is cold but at night seems not right it’s not cold enough. We tried to turn on the heating one time, the heat emitted from the unit an awful disgusting smell, my kids almost vomited, my suggestion don’t turn it on. The front desk staff when they answer the phone is like answering a call from the hood, not like the fancy hotel chain with courtesy and welcoming tone of voice but for my taste it’s ok I’m not bothered, I think they just need proper customer service way in answering phone call. The bed is good and sturdy love it, we requested additional pillows and they are happy to provided but the pillows fibers inside are curled and lumped thus it’s hard to laid your head or place it between legs, the good thing I can use about this pillow is for hugging since love pillow to hug. They charge you $100 dollars for incase you smoke in the room.

The staff was awesome! The free breakfast was delicious and FRESHLY RESTOCKED THE WHOLE BREAKFAST SERVICE! The location was right off the highway and 20 minutes away. IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND NICE! IT WAS LIKE 20 MINUTES AWAY FROM EVERY THING IN LA BUT TOOK 15 MINUTES TO UNIVERSAL. JUST RENT A CAR IT'S WORTH

No complaints! Everyone was great and the building was clean. It also was in a very safe area. LA is full of homeless people so I loved staying away from the center. The bed especially the comforter AND THE PILLOWS were super comfy. My favorite bed from a hotel that I can remember. Got GREAT SLEEP. P.S- LA MAKES U PAY FOR PARKING FOR ALMOST EVERYTHING EVEN HOTELS. THIS WAS THE ONLY HOTEL I saw with validated FREE PARKING. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT AND CLEANED.

My room was a bit far from the main entrance. One day we noticed a strong smell of weed in one of the hallways. Breakfast could have more options.

The second time we stayed at this hotel. The location is convenient and the breakfast selections is good. Easily accessible from the highway. Target is nearby and many food places surrounding the area. The room super clean and tea and coffee machine provided in the room. There is a microwave too.

The room wall and floor a bit too thin. We can hear the people walk upstairs and neighbor in the next room talking. The shower water pressure also very low.

I often asked questions to the front desk everyday both about the room and where to go around the area. Each time I spoke with them I was meet ane given up most respect and kindness. Even when I had misplaced my room key by accident the last night they were very understanding and helped me out will not forget my time here.

. I wish there were few more options for breakfast but for someone like me that just needs a few things to get my energy up it did the trick with fruit , oatmeal, and eggs .

We loved the variety of the breakfast options we had, they had a little bit of everything and it was all delicious. The location is our favorite we travel to Cali often and learned to love the area, especially because you have a great shopping center minutes away. The cleanliness of the place is what we really loved, to the moment you step in it smells so clean and the rooms are spotless. Amazing cleaning team !!! great employees in general, front desk guys are super nice too.

I have no dislike at all. We were very comfortable.

Clean. Great room size, with microwave, fridge, coffee machine, etc. Breakfast includes hash potatoes, sausages, eggs, fruit, yougurt, coffee, milk, cereal, toasts, pancakes, rolls, muffins, etc. Self parking space. There was a leak in or ceiling (3rd floor room) due to heavy rain, and we were given another room inmediately.

Toilet door conflicts with main door and has to be closed at all times to comply with fire regulations, which is a bit annoying. Air conditioner is a bit noisy. No laundry self-service available.

The breakfast was excellent . Everything was prepared fresh . Love the waffles . Love the coffee and orange juice and the muffins . Everything was excellent .

There was nothing that I didn’t like. My family and I liked everything . The front desk personnel were very hospitable . The young lady Giselle was very nice and greeted us with a smile the moment we walked into the lobby .

Perfectly clean, and in today’s climate with Covid, that really means something! I was very impressed with the girl at the front desk who sanitized a pen right before she gave it to me. The room was clean and fresh smelling. In the breakfast room, while most hotels have taken away their hot buffets during Covid, the Hartford had an employee behind the counter, cooking scrambled eggs, sausage, and potatoes and serving them to you. She was masked and gloved (like all employees at the hotel) so no one touched your food but you and her. All employees were very friendly and courteous! If ever in the area, I would definitely stay here again!

The good news, easy access to a freeway on-ramp, the bad news, kinda noisy because right next to a freeway, (but very minor issue in the big picture).
