Breakfast was good with different things to chose from. The service is very friendly. You can park your car at the back of the hotel, free of charge. But there is also a good bus connection on the street. Main Street is not far away with good restaurants (the hotel itself does not have one) and Apple buildings are really near. The rooms are a mixture of modern and vintage, and are clean.

The refrigerator in the room is very loud. And why is the inner yard closed? It could be a nice space just to sit there (though it could be a problem with the adjacent rooms, especially in the evening or night, so having it closed then is probably good).

Very convenient location - short (5-10 mins) walking distance to multiple coffee and boba shops, restaurants, and other eateries.

Overall, the rooms are very well maintained, but room service could be improved or needs to use a checklist when servicing rooms so key cleaning tasks are not forgotten. After our second night at the hotel a dirty meal tray that was left on our counter was not picked up by room service. The work counter was not wiped down. Trash bags were not taken out. The carpet was not vacuumed.

Very friendly, kind and accommodating staff. Very clean and inviting room with coffee maker and refrigerator. Towels were changed every day and bed freshly made. Very nice breakfast was offered, but we are not big breakfast eaters. We needed a location close to Kaiser Permanente and Woodcrest Hotel was perfect. Only minutes away from the hospital. Covered parking at the Hotel was perfect, right by the lobby and it was free. All in all we were very happy and satisfied with our stay at Woodcrest. We will go back for sure. Thank you so much!

The breakfast was free of charge for every guest of the hotel, which was very nice. Since there weren't that many guests at the time of my stay, the food selection was still quite good, although most of it was quite heavy with sugar. The room was nice, it had a microwave with a water heater along with some tea and coffee. The cleaning staff left me a fresh water bottle every morning after cleanup, which I really appreciated.

Would've liked to see some more healthy food options for breakfast. A lot of the available food looked like desert to me and not breakfast.

Woodcrest staff was extremely friendly and helpful any time of the day or night. The rooms were spacious and very clean, beds and pillows comfy. The location is very good with stores and plenty of eating places close by, some even within walking distance. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

The breakfast could use a little improvement, some of the pastries were freezer burn, but eggs and potates were yummy, coffee was also good.

We attended Taylor Swift concert so we arrived very late, after 1:00 a.m., I believe. Staff was available. Room was held for us. The facilities are very clean. We slept through the breakfast so I cannot comment on that option. The hotel was very quiet, which we greatly appreciated.

The parking is tight, which is not an issue if you have a small car. We managed, of course, with a Kia Optima, but was just careful while parking. Parking was free.

This hotel was clean, comfortable, cute and had a perfect location for our travel for an event. The cost wasn’t bad and the customer service was excellent! Beautiful property that exceeded my expectations!

I’d love softer sheets and towels, but that was my only thing I’d say to improve on! Everything else was perfect!

Breakfast was great.

Very limited parking, more rooms than parking spaces. Nobody at the front desk a large percentage of the day. Front door locked making it impossible for new people to checkin.

I was pleasantly surprised at the overall experience and would have expected to pay more for such excellent service. Super clean, very friendly and accommodating staff. Will definitely plan another trip to the area just to stay at this hotel.

Very comfortable updated rooms. Comfortable for a long stay, they had a chest of drawers, and fridge & microwave in every room. Excellent front desk staff, very very kind and helpful, especially John. The breakfast was a varied number of breads, pastries, cereals, and hot drinks.

No hot breakfast food like sausage and eggs.
