Everything! The room was lovely, bedding gorgeous , most comfortable bed on our trip ! The plug in the bath, the attention to detail ( sewing kit and body lotion!) The staff were fabulous (especially Lupe who welcomed us and sorted an extra bed for our son! Laundry facilities (inexpensive) including selling the wash powder was unexpected and very welcome! The gym was great along with the pool
The pillows were slight too soft for my husband ( I loved them!) so having an option might be good to suit all?

The location was excellent, almost 15 mins away from all major attractions. We got the one bedroom suite which was beautiful, love that it has two restrooms and two closets. Very spacious, it was also a corner suite so lots of windows and natural light. Really enjoyed that.
The room really did have any heat so it was very cold in our room which was the downside. Also a lot of the snacks and drinks in the lobby were way overpriced, definitely theme park prices so I suggest bringing your own.

I had a rental car, and there was plenty of parking available. I arrived a few hours early, and there was a room available immediately. Even though the room was on the busy street side, it was well insulated from the noise. Best of all the room was clean. I also could elect to not have housekeeping service for my 2 nights. Bed was very comfortable.
Could have used more coffee making supplies - no stir sticks, few creamers, few coffee/tea pods, no bottled water. My digital key did not work on a side entrance which was convenient from my parked car.

The hotel was renovated. The gym was nice and the facility was very clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly!
The only negative is that the air and heat are controlled by the front desk. The room was stuffy and too warm for us. The hotel is remodeled but the heating and cooling systems were not. We could not open a window because there were no screens. Other than that, it was a good value.

Location was convenient. Price was exceptional especially considering the room quality, which was much better than expected for the price. I like the touchless checkin. The staff was very helpful.
Room seemed a little dated, although everything was well maintained. The internet failed on Saturday and was not repaired until I was just leaving. That put a damper on Saturday night. I tried to hook up my Roku, but the gatekeeping software made it impossible. I wasted most of an hour trying before I gave up.

We didn’t purchase a breakfast there. A bit pricey for a Senior fixed income budget. Very nice location and accommodations otherwise. Friendly and helpful staff.
We weren’t aware of the one time non refundable pet fee of $50 until we checked in. Seemed excessive for a 12 pound Terrier who isn’t high maintenance or left to damage the room.

Staff attitude was too disappointing They didn’t make the beds and the clean up of the room must be requested, if not, they didn’t It was very surprising to me. Also refused to give fresh towels as per my request. This is the very first place I go that don’t clean up the room every day

Location is great and room is sizeable!
I asked for housekeeping service one early morning but the room did not get made. When approached front desk in late afternoon, the staff told me the housekeeping team have ended their work shift but he offered me bedsheets to change myself.
