We left a horrible hotel immediately after discovering the conditions of our room. My husband found our family premier suites and we had the best experience there. Even though it was only one night, it far exceeded our expectations and we are already planning on when we can return. Thank you for taking great care of us and even more importantly for providing a clean and safe place for our children to sleep!

Absolutely everything was great. No complaints

The entire San Marcos personnel team is always friendly and ready to help with any questions or needs. I am especially impressed with how well miss Samantha has been exemplary throughout my entire stay! She is always smiling, positive and very professional! She makes me feel welcome and comfortable during my several stay here at SM extended suites. Thank you for making every day an enjoyable experience :)

Location was pretty close to the Twin Oaks Golf wedding we were attending. Clean, quiet, pet friendly, and safe area. Delicious eateries and shopping plazas were close by. Family members were raving about the taco shop next door. L&L Hawaiian Barbecue was close by for catering an 88th Birthday celebration at a nice local park the next day. We also got to play pickleball!

The location itself is slightly isolated it is more of the commercial company area of San Marcos. There was a shopping outlet close by like 5-7 minutes. If you're looking for peace and quiet with little to no one bothering you this is the place. You do need a key card to access building after certain time ( back door did get propped open with a rock I am guessing by another guest while i was there) but it does seem semi secure other-wise

The location was convenient and safe. The price was great. The staff was available, friendly, and prompt. The room was clean and coming with quality appliances . Simple free coffee, muffins and snack bars. Perfect find.

5 dollars for a bottle if water

The front desk manager, Ryan, has been so friendly and kind during my check-in. He anticipates my needs and has been helpful with restaurant recommendations locally.

There's always trash piled up on the upper floors and the hallways could be vacuumed more frequently.

First of all the staff members were so nice and helpful at all times. The room was very nice and clean. Ryan was the name of the person working on the front desk he gave us a great service, and we didn't have anything to complain about the room.

I didn't know there was a breakfast. They may have told me and I could have missed it. Would have been nice though. I would stay there again.

Area could have been better in terms of places to eat and things to do but my purpose of the trip wasn't to eat at great places to do interesting things.

The place is close to restaurants and the freeway. It had free parking which is nice and no surprise charges. The kitchenette is nice, refrigerator was a good size.

That the smell of marijuana in the hallway and the elevator. It didn’t have a drawer to place our clothes

I like how clean and quiet the whole building was ! The TV selections was also really good.

Someone left trash in the hallway for the whole 2 days we were staying there and no one threw it out.
