Ev charger, breakfast included, close to freeway

I understand the policy of not cleaning the room every day, but if you’re going to do that, you must make sure that the room is fully set up. Our room did not have hand soap or conditioner in the bottle and we were only there two nights so the next day it wasn’t fixed because no housekeeping and I had to get these things sent over. Also, they should check the alarm clocks when they get the room ready because mine was set to wake up at four in the morning and so that first night we were woken up with fuzzy radio sound at four in the morning. It seems like there needs to be a better checklist for getting rooms ready for guests.

Everything was in like-new condition. This is a very clean property from top to bottom. I loved the outdoor lounge area. It was a great space to sit and unwind while enjoying the idyllic San Diego weather. Breakfast was excellent. A variety of choices were abundant. The dining area was always exceptionally clean too. I loved how my room had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Very convenient for my work-from-the room situation during the week. The fitness room was clean and well-equipped. The hot tub was so soothing after a hike up and down the trails at Torrey Pines and walking miles at the zoo. This will definitely be my go-to hotel when I come to town to visit my kids and base office.

Clean, good location. Close to CSUSM and freeway. Breakfast included. The robot to deliver things to your room made my day.

Gym doesn’t have sanitation wipes or spray available to wipe down equipment after use. Don’t know if the room ever gets wiped down/cleaned. I was there for 4 nights- breakfast was the same options every day. Would be nice to change at least one item for variety. Bedsheet had a hole in it.

The size of the room and bathroom. Clean. To have additional bed for the kid and it’s size was a very good option. Having a microwave was very nice to have, we used it.

I would like to have a little bit more variety for breakfast during a long stay. The air conditioner is blowing the air to the face or back when it is working and you are laying on the bed.

Everything seemed new at this property. The lobby was very inviting with different vignettes for sitting, working, eating and relaxing. The pool and hot tub were a nice treat and well maintained. The fitness room was well-equipped and well maintained as well. The room was large with a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker, all essential for a work day in the room. Breakfast selections were good and delicious.

Location, facilities and swimming pool

Breakfast area outside needs more tables instead of couches. When I was trying to check out the staff member at the front desk was on the phone with a guest asking about wedding info . I stood there for approximately 7 minutes and she never placed the person on hold to check me out . Any hotel I have been to ALWAYS puts folks on hold if they have a lot of questions to attend people at the desk. I had to call later to make sure they knew we checked out .

Location was good. Clean and comfortable, prompt and courteous service. Parking was ample and free. Walking distance from a few nice places to eat and close to the freeway. Great access to trails closeby.

Breakfast was pretty basic for vegetarians and started to be wrapped up a little too promptly - sometimes before the posted end of breakfast timings.

I love it doing it again next year breakfast was perfect. The robot brings towels to the door or whatever is needed.

Not far from everything the beach, outlets, mall, and golf course, the mountains to watch the sunset all within 30 minutes.

The staff was great. They were very welcoming and helpful. The kitchen staff were very nice and continuously ensured everything was available.

Definitely the nicest hotel in the area. I've stayed about six weeks over the last year. Clean, spacious, kind staff, right off the freeway (but safe) and a solid breakfast offering.
