I got a complementary upgrade. The bed was nice and comfortable. The place was clean. Reusable water bottle was provided in the room. The amenities were nice. The place was quiet and good for getting some work done.
There were some food leftovers in the fridge from the previous guest which was not removed. I told the front desk about it but still was not removed.

I think overall the experience all three times I've stayed overnight there have been very good. The location is great, the rooms are nice, and the service is impeccable. Overall, it's a good stay.
I think there are some things missing, such as no microwave in the room, no fan in the bathroom, the bathroom lighting being bad for seeing oneself clearly in the mirror. The shower system is really odd as well, and takes some getting used to. But overall, it's a good stay.

I love Palo Alto Sheraton so much! It's a 3 stars hotel but lived like a 4 stars. The location is right next to the train station and 5 mins walk to downtown. You can hear a bit sounds of trains but just a bit. This is a pet-friendly hotel and I brought my cat with me. They charged $50/per night for DEPOSIT only. Technically charge nothing if your pet doesn't break anything. Shampoo and body wash they chose smell so good, I googled it and bought one myself immediately. They also have a laundry room for guest which locates on 1st floor and the washing machine/ dryer cost around $1 per use.

there was no sign stating what to do after 11pm at the lobby. it just says that we need to use our room card to access the lobby. we hadn’t checked in yet so we didn’t have one. there should be a sign stating that we should wait for the attendant to open the door. i tried calling except the phone number on booking.com is no longer active for the hotel.

My room was huge (in the Stanford building), the bathroom shower was awesome, and the King bed was amazing. Had a nice balcony to sit outside and I slept like a dream. It was so quiet! Perfect for my Palo Alto staycation.
Ha! To find your room, you literally need a map. (They give you one when you check-in.) Hilarious.

The staffs are helpful. The place is clean. The location is wonderful, very closed to downtown and the university.
The place is generally a bit pricy for what you get. The Ethernet cable was not working, and WiFi was a little bit slow/unstable.

The room was large and well appointed. The bathroom was very modern. It was a nice update. The bed was comfortable. I also had two excellent breakfasts in the restaurant.
No non-alcohol beer. Not everyone drinks alcohol. I recommend you check out the beers produced by the Athletic Brewing Co. They are excellent.

The staff's helpful, free baggage storage. Convenient location, just 2 minutes of walking to Palo Alto or to Stanford. Super clean room, super comfy bed and decent sized bathroom. TV's easy to use. Access to pool.
