Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, excellent communication from Manager. Easy check-in, check-out. Walking distance to beach, incredible hiking trails and many restaurants. We had a very relaxing stay!

We tried to eat in most of the time but the kitchen needed a few more items that would have been nice. I would recommend a big pot and also baking trays. Other than that, we had everything we needed

Six minutes walk to the beach, four minutes to excellent coffee at Soul Grind, with lots of hikes close by. The room was quiet, clean, and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, plates, and all the amenities. Unit 1 was accessible for wheelchairs with dedicated parking for wheel chair friendly vehicles.

Both mornings the adjacent construction company had vehicles starting up around 5am, waking me both days. Unit 1 is right on the street; at night it gets fairly quiet, during the day expect some road noise.

Location great, at Pedro Point with Pacifica Beach 5 min walk. Each of the 4 units is a separate "Tiny House", self containedstudio or 1 bedroom with kitchens on a slope looking toward the ocean and Beach. Plenty room for 2 people. Open airy lots of windows. Modern decor. Great for social distancing. No contact checkin.

It was quite clean, but it would be nice to have a deep cleaning of floors and kitchen area... More than the house cleaner can do between patrons, especially with extra clean they do for Covid.

I loved all the features that came with the hotel, the amenities, appliances, etc.

There's A LOT of bugs and mosquitoes, it would be nice if the hotel had a screen so the windows could be open at night. Since the hotel doesn't have AC.

I loved the ease of checking in with the keyless door entry. The architecture was sharp, and the parking space was an added bonus. I felt very special staying in such a beautiful bungalow.

The room was cold. I didn't remove my down jacket for hours. I turned on all the burners on the stove, including the oven. The floors have radiant heat and aren't a great way to heat a space.from. scratch.

very close to the beach, family friendly

there was a slight cleanliness problem ,but the property manager help every step of the way and reassured us that the cleaning staff would look over these small things but for this oversight I was giving a generous discount. i would totally recommend

Great location! Very clean, quiet and private. The heated floor was awesome! Staff made check in and check out seemless. Will be coming back next time I'm in the area.

Would have liked a King Size bed since I am a big person.

fresh, comfortable and home like. Good shower, very good kitchen with clean items that you will probably need. Super!

Sometimes the privacy was compromised because the first house is to near of a sidewalk. we preferred to close the curtains to feel safe.

great location and beautiful smart cottage. very quaint. will definitely stay again.

no bedding supplied for the pullout couch. an extra set of sheets, pillows, and a clean blanket was needed.

How close to the beach and family. The trip was a gift to my youngest daughter and granddaughter, we became aware if this gem as my oldest daughter reserved this for her wedding in September.

Honestly it's just perfect 🥰
