The location and general decor of the facility was very nice. Our room was exactly how we would expect it to be, and the beds were quite comfortable. The pool area was clean and well decorated as well. Overall, this was a very nice stay and we would recommend it if we had friends or family visiting the area.

Unfortunately, our coffee that we get in the lobby wasn’t restocked for the entire stay. So our mornings were met with a slight disappointment, but we made due. We were also expecting at least one courtesy check from housekeeping for fresh towels & restock on supplies like toilet paper or in room coffee, but understand that not everyone would be happy with that interruption. Just would’ve been a nice touch.

The staff were very friendly and had great customer service for the entire stay. The rooms were very clean, large, and updated with all the amenities. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and lots of fun. The free coffee station in the morning was a big plus and very convenient. Having the hotel pair up with the restaurant across the parking lot with a 15% off your entire bill if you show a hotel key card was a great addition and made us want to go back multiple times.

The only complaint was the air conditioning unit in our room rattled very loudly anytime it was on. The unit correctly gave cold air but it in a very loudly way.

The location was really good for getting anywhere in San Diego metro without paying downtown/La Jolla prices. The staff was very attentive to my needs and even moved me to another room when the room I booked reeked of marijuana smoke. The room I got moved to was clean and smelled fresh. I didn't go to the swimming pool or spa, but it looked nice. Parking was spacious.

There seems to be a problem with people smoking marijuana and other things at this hotel when it's clear that the hotel does not allow smoking. This isn't the hotel's fault and they try to address it when they can, but trashy people still stay here.

Pleace looks just like in the pictures. Clean and beautiful. Great location.

The walls are paper thin and every night me and my family were kept up by the sounds of the guests next to us, having s**, blasting music and talking loud until almost morning. I don't know if some people use this place as a "motel", which is a shame because the place itself is beautiful. I did complain to front desk the first night and they were very helpful. But it was the same thing again the next night and pretty much every night (I was there almost a week). Anyway if this happens to you call front desk asap and as often as necessary because it can really ruin the overall experience.

The grounds were immaculate, as was the room, lobby, everywhere! Beds were comfortable. Room was quiet, cool and dark at night. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Front desk, maids, groundskeeper, everyone I encountered was so incredible! I have never had a more perfect stay and I have traveled around the country quite a bit. Perfect! 100/100!

My absolute only complaint was completely out of your control and that was mosquitos. Maybe you could call the city? They come out and spray at home in Glendale, AZ.

This hotel was perfectly located for our needs, with safe parking. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to a bar and grill on the same property was excellent.

There was nothing we didnt like. It would be so nice if they had breakfast available! And it would also be good if they had a vending machine which had snacks/cookies etc rather than just the one with drinks.

The location was close to base for my partner, and close to food locations. It was also close to the city to be able to adventure there quickly. The front desk was also able to offer advice on taxis/driver apps and which ones are best to use!

On our last day, the one elevator was broken, and the stairs were difficult to find. The keys are also touchy to being around magnets and can become deactivated, but the front desk was amazing and quick replacing it!

Very nice place, matches the description. 15/25 min away from most major touristic attractions. Clean and spacious.

We payed extra for breakfast only to find out there’s no breakfast. You get a 10 usd voucher per person to spend in a restaurant across the parking lot. The only problem is that most entrees are way over 10 usd. So I think that this should a bit more cleared and explained.

nice, clean & modern. i especially like how close it is to the exit. probably one of the best best westerns we stayed at. our fire alarm went out of battery a few hours after checking in, the staff were quick and very polite to fix the issue.

going up to the floors there’s no AC in the hallways to get to your rooms so it made it humid bringing our stuff in and out. not a major issue tho, AC’s in the room worked perfectly

Not enough parking where your room is located, if traveling with pets you would have to go around the building to the train tracks to the dog area which isn't very grassy or pet friendly and the mosquitoes are huge so take repellent!
