This place is in a great location, just minutes from the E Street Trolley Station in Chula Vista. There are several good restaurants within walking distance, and the staff is great. It's an old motel that has been renovated. In some places, the rooms show their age, but they are well maintained and very clean. Everything was in good working condition. There is actually a good bit of green space on the property, which is a nice change.

Check out is 11 am, a little early.

That whole area is lil skecthly so watch your surrondings. I saw a cross dresser leaving hotel 1 morning and on last night saw a tramp that didnt belong in parking lot and sure enough PD showed up and arreated him. El huevo estrellado has relocated right next to hotel and Fillipis pizza groto is literally down on same street. Lots of great food in area.

Night security guard

The pool and jacuzzi were great from 10 till 10! Comfy beds. The staff member behind the reception helped me out big time with fixing my phone/simcard. Big thanks to Jonathan!!! Cool dude. Plus and minus side : phones on the room don't work but you can make a call at the reception

The shower pressure was low, and if someone else takes a shower it gets terrible low, not doable for a good shower. Room is a bit over full with stuff, a table with 2 chairs but no space to sit at.

I checked in at 1 am. Gentleman at reception was waiting for my arrival. I booked 4 nights, but on third night I moved to leased home. Surprisingly hotel Palmeras refunded the 4th night charges to my account.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were quiet. Having a fridge and microwave was very convenient.

The towels were a little too rough for my liking.

Nice and clean room, soft mattresses and a lot of pillows. Staff is very good and nice. Only plugs in the wall didn’t work, bad insulation. Other than that is good, restaurant in walking distance, clean and nice pool.

My room is awesome 99.9% of staff are always at there best to help you when needed an have respect for the guess Thank You

They were really wrong for saying I was smoking in room it's ok they took $100. For wrong information . The House keeper that comes to my room has never smelled smoke . I feel when one of the staff say I did wrong they need to bring it to someone else's attention to make sure . Several times this same person came to door being rude saying I didn't pay but always pay day before my week ends rings room phone hangs up so I call back She still say I didn't pay I ignore people that hate on others

The guy in the lobby should change his attitude. Unfrendly, like he doesn‘t like his job. All the women there did fine.

Did not do the breakfast, forgot it was included, a lot of restaurants all around.

TV stuck on one channel remote did not work or was programmed to the TV, so did not enjoy that.
