Nice big bedroom with all the amenities. Very comfortable bed and nice swimming pool area.

the structure welcomes pets but they should also manage the pets barking in the middle of the nights. Rooms should be better soundproofed

After my first night at the hotel I was ready to give them 1 star and write a very bad review. The first room we got was absolutely horrible - it had no carpet on the floor, was not cozy, and was absolutely zero soundproof! There was no carpet in a hallway, so we could hear every single step and noise outside of the room! In addition to that there were different events at the restaurant (which is right next door) and it was extremely loud!!! But next day the staff was very kind and moved us to another building, which is all the way up the hill. And then our paradise vacation finally has started!! The same hotel, but totally different experience! We got an amazing cozy room with carpet (and carpet was in a hallway too, which made it more soundproof), with beautiful outdoor patio, few steps away from the pool. Super peaceful and quiet area, we were enjoying the birds singing every morning! The gym was in the building too, which was very convenient. Daily cleaning service, free bottles of water, coffee machine in the room, tasty food, comfy beds, amazing pool, great service - everything was just perfect! So I give 10 stars to the building “up the hill”, and 1 star to the “main building”. The staff was very helpful, so I give them 10 stars too!

Rooms in the main buildings, especially on the first floor. Location is ok, but you can’t really walk anywhere.

the bathroom sink faucet was very loose and not working properly when we arrived, and then broke right off. I also requested a couple of extra pillows that were never delivered.

Beautiful spacious room with a balcony and view of the Getty Center. Great pool area. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Nice gym. Coffee station great! Really any problems we had were minimal. I would recommend.

The hotel is not walking distance from anything, though we did walk to the UCLA campus and then into Westwood, which made for a very long walk back. The inability to self park is annoying. The separation of the two room areas is somewhat problematic as one section is separated from the pool and the gym, the other separated from the bar and the restaurant-with quite a walk up or downhill to reach the other. Walls a bit thin-we could hear the neighboring TV behind our headboard. High parking fees and resort fee totally annoying.

Great location if you want to go to Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Topanga etc. very conscientious right off the freeway.

This property is older and needs some TLC but I have to stay the staff was very responsive to the feedback. The carpets need cleaning and just attention to detail would help this hotel really shine. The parking was ridiculous since it is on property and although LA tends to be high for overnight parking this hotel had the most expensive one I had ever seen, even above the most luxurious in town!

The rooms were so large I really loved it, the gym was also fantastic.

I'd stayed at The Luxe On Rodeo many times and LOOOOVED it...but it's now closed. I'd hoped the same vibe would be alive and well at this one but sadly not. The guy who met me at reception wasn't overly friendly an without really seeking my opinion put the up the back of the property (the property is in 2 sections). I got to the room and didn't like it....the outside balcony was filthy and the table and chairs were putrid....very disappointing. I also didn't like being so far away from the bar and restaurant and the fact I'd have to ask for the golf cart to bring me up and back so I requested a different room in the section close to the restaurant etc. It was much better, cleaner, better cared for. This hotel wasn't bad but compared to Rodeo it was a poor second. I won't be back.

the staff ! amazing Chris the bellman was exceptional in bringing our luggage, moving our rooms and even bringing up a bandaid for my daughter! Jenny at the front desk an absolute treasure and made every stop at the desk a pleasant one. Alex at the front desk seamlessly moved us to another room and was very helpful throughout our stay. Every single employee was professional, friendly and always with a warm smile. the housekeeping also five star

THE VALET STAFF ARE AWESOME. I HOPE THEY ARE BEING APPRECIATED BY THE OWNERS.

ONE NIGHT A MAN WAS SITTING ON MY LITTLE OUTSIDE AREA THAT HAS CHAIRS. HE WAS EITHER DRUNK AND HAD HICCUP FOR A LONG TIME. I CALLED THE FRONT DESK AND SECURITY TOOK CARE OF IT. THEN HE CAME INSIDE THE HALLWAY; WALKED AND LOUD HICCUP. NEXT DOOR ROOM AS WELL WAS SO LOUD. I THINK HE WAS THERE WITH SOMEONE. AFTER ABOUT 30 MIN. THINGS QUITTED DOWN.

The hotel was very chic and “LA” but everyone there was very down to earth, friendly, and made us feel very welcome upon driving up to the front entrance. They had valet parking service and were quick and accommodating (we had to leave for dinner less than an hour after we arrived, and they asked what our plans were and made our car super accessible!). The lobby was gorgeous, and we really enjoyed the fixtures and finishings, and the artwork on all of the walls was beautiful. The room at self was beautiful, though we felt it was actually a little bit too large (not really a complaint!), and that the bathroom was a little bit small. Plenty of storage, and counter space, but narrow for two people to maneuver. The towels were lovely, and the shower was very nice! The beds were comfortable, and the comforters were, well, comfortable! We really appreciated how close to the highways and to our main attraction, The Getty, this property is situated.

More pillow options. Other than that, no complaints!
