Breakfast was great- it well exceed my expectations for a continental breakfast. The room itself was clean, comfortable, large, and had all the amenities I would need. The location is amazing. There are multiple stores and restaurants in walking distance, which is excellent for me as I was quite uncomfortable with driving in the California traffic. For the price point, I could not ask for more!

I enjoy firm beds, but my friend was not pleased with the firmness of the bed. The shower was also not too luxurious and I wished the pressure was better, but I understand California is in a drought and that might be the reason.

Close to the airport, restaurants around the hotel, the cleaning personal súper attentive. Rooms and bed comfortable.

Unfortunately, the day I went to do my check in the the receptionist woman who attended me was not professional, she dropped the pen and the documents that I had to sign and I kept in shock. She was rude with me, and other woman behind me kept surprised too because her bad actitud. However, the man who attended me when I did my check out was super kind and he help me calling the taxi. Other disappointing point is the breakfast, I was for 9 nights there because my work and every single day they serve the same menu, and one of those days the milk for the breakfast was expired! The cup cakes does not include the expiration date so I was afraid intoxicate me. Fortunately, there was a Starbucks next to the hotel and I could buy my breakfast.

For work reasons, I needed to extend my stay twice. For the second extension I had already checked out and needed it the same evening. Staff treated me with concern and immediately extended my stay. I was so worried that there would not be a room for me because of the short notice. And when they said no problem and found me a room, I was so relieved. When I drove into the parking lot that night, it felt like I was coming home. Yes that is the feeling staying there, like coming home.

Breakfast was great, better than expected. Very clean kitchen and attentive staff. The shower and bathroom were well maintained and water pressure and temperature were better than some big name hotels.

The hot tub is so central to the rest of the facility that a few rowdy patrons can be heard so well through the walls they might as well be yelling in your room. It would be great to have more active staff informing them to turn down the volume a bit.

Loved the breakfast. Lots of options. I have a family of 6 and I've never stayed in a hotel with 3 queen beds so that was a nice perk.

The lighting in the room wasn't great. There wasn't a lot of room for all of our luggage. The parking was also super tight. I drive a Toyota Highlander which a small SUV. It was challenging to park.

The property/lobby/stairway smelled like cigarettes. The inside of the hotel room had a slight smell of cigarettes as well even though it is stated that it is 100% smoke free facility. Receptionist was having a long conversation with client about random things, talking loud/laughing loud obnoxiously which took approximately 30+ minutes while there were multiple clients in line. I could tell from other clients faces that they were annoyed as well. It was to the point where I went back into my car and waited 10+ minutes. Toilet rolls were not changed inside the room. The bathroom had used toiletries such as shampoo/conditioner/body soap bars left in shower. Worries me that the room was not cleaned thoroughly. I won’t be staying at this company’s place. Learned my lesson!

The location was great and really convenient for the purpose of my travel. Loved the breakfast room, very nice to have the waffle and pancake maker.

The gate to the jacuzzi could be better marked on how to get in. And it would have been nice if the breakfast could be slightly different each day.

Really liked the breakfast. The massive spa bath was excellent.

Was an older hotel, so a bit tired. Also had to log into the free wifi again multiple times.

the location is very close to the airport but not much else going on in the neighbourhood. was a bit pricey for what it was, but I guess you’re paying to be closer to the airport….

For the money paid the breakfast was great.

The room smelled heavily of smoke. We had to go get some air fresheners. I know this might be extremely difficult to manage and control. Especially cuz most people who stay there seemed to be smokers.
