A few things I like was check-in because i arrived at a later time instead of 3pm, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and housekeeping very friendly! Plus the hot breakfast!!
What I didnt like was there wasnt a person at the desk when checking out. I know there are cameras! Another guest and I dropped off our key card behind the desk and left. I would suggest a key drop box or a bell to call for staff.

there is no breakfast anymore. the bed was very comfortable and the rooms atmosphere and refrig meet my needs to live for 3 days.
after parking my car in the parking lot, I returned the next morning to see behind my car wheels two bottles had been broken. I also had taken the clock/radio to the front desk, because it did not work, the line had been cut, I was told I would receive another, but did not. I saw the next night that there were drug dealers, and prostitutes on the premises. The towel rack broke and had to be fixed. the hot tub was warm, dirty with bugs and not jets working.

Oh, It's obvious the maids do NOT mop. A person's tootsies get covered in dust from walking around barefoot.

The staff was very understanding and helpful with my late flight potentially causing a check-in problem. I was due to arrive after their no-show cutoff, but they put my mind at ease before my flight that I would still have my reservation, and my late check-in went smoothly.
Current prices in Los Angeles are high. The nightly rate was lower on previous stays, but I chose it based on convenience and familiarity.

This place is quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The check-in process was a breeze. It only took like 5 minutes.
If your coffee machine brakes please find a way to provide coffee we are all coffee addicts in the morning and would have appreciated a quick cup of coffee before our trip.

The room was nice and big it looked kinda clean but it could've been cleaner. It was cheap. I had a good time with my partner.
The bed sheets were not clean the first night my legs got so itchy and the the second day the house keeping didn't even go to our room. We kept hearing this gross drunk guy throwing up right outside our room.

The floor is very dirty and the breakfast was repeating of same sausages for 3 days a row and same eggs but I had everything was OK

Didn’t Have breakfast. But love the location of the hotel close to everything.
Everything was great in my opinion maybe a little more effort of cleanliness of the rooms. Saw a big stain on the roof saw a yellow stain on the bathtub few hairs in our sheets, this are easy fixes.

The elevator and quiet staff. I prefer quiet, when working from a hotel room.
The eggs at breakfast were: too salty. Sausages at breakfast, could be of better quality. Waffles were good, and the milk was fresh.

The owner/manager was outstanding. The location was great for local resturants. The resturant the owner suggested was on point for what we desired. We will recomend this location to friends and our future plans
