There was no breakfast due to Covid. It’s by an off-ramp to the freeway. The noise was awful The housecleaner, Norma, was very helpful.

The freeway noise: big trucks, little trucks noisy motorcycles and many show off cars making lots of noise.

The room was clean with a pretty tile floor that felt especially clean. Refrigerator and microwave in room were convenient. Though the view was of an unattractive back lot and not the beach, the hotel was located close to a grocery store and had pretty window shades to block that view.

No real breakfast (packaged pastries) and the coffee was like mud. The room did not include a coffee maker.

I had no complaints.However, it would have been nice to have received a receipt when I checked out. I checked out around 7:15 am. There was no in the office.I used the service buzzer and was told to slide my keys through the opening of the glass shield separating office staff from customers.

Front desk staff and housekeepers were very helpful and friendly. The room was quite comfortable and large. The hotel is in a good location as far as public transportation.

Toiletries were just okay. I wish they would line the waste baskets, as I was not quite comfortable throwing wet items into them.

Every time I go to the Bay Area I always stay at this place. I love the location and rooms are clean.

The only thing that I don’t like about this place is that hallways smell like marijuana or cigarette smoke and tends to go into the room, so I have to keep the window open to help with the smell. This last trip that I went there was an individual at the parking lot yelling at 4:30am. I closed my window to not hear him, but had to open it again because of the smell. Did not have such a great night.

This hotel is in good location. A lot of business nearby. The room was so clean.

The receptionist was very rude She threw me my credit and the room keys. The receptionist never returned my credit card and the room keys in my hands. For me it was disrespectfull. Thatcher happened May 26 ,2022 at 4 pm.

I don’t know if property changes their staff, but have been staying here for 2+ years and looks like front desk staff are new and doesn’t like her job. upon walking in the office, looks like 2 staff members where arguing behind the check in window. and it all went down hill from there

The windows open! Room was clean. Great location for getting to places of interest and local restaurants. Fridge and microwave.

I planned to use fridge, but discovered the fridge wasn’t plugged.in. I came in after hours and had a difficult time getting the front door unlocked with my room card.

The staff person who checked me in saw that I was having problems walking and offered to switch my room to one right next to the elevator. Plus, we were able to extend our stay after oversleeping with no problems.

The sheets didn't fit the bed, the pillows were tiny, there were multiple clumps of human hair on the carpet.

Easy access as very near the highway. Clean room and spacious. room service was good also as there was a daily change of towels
