There was a Denny's across the street and several diverse ethnic eateries in the area. I would suggest eating at one of these places. Mexican, Chinese, American Denny's is open 24 hours. I liked the hotel microwave and fridge. The hotel has guest laundry facilities for $2.75. You can pay coins or by QR code. The Casino and the Food Maxx Supermarket is just a couple of blocks on San Pablo Ave, like 2 blocks on the main street. The hotel is next to and behind a mini mall with banks, Popeye's a Chinese buffet place, Saver's, Dollar Tree. Jack-in the Box is a few feet in front of the hotel. I lost my receipt, and I called back and they immediately emailed a receipt for the room stay, but not the refundable deposit.

I skipped the hotel breakfast buffet, even though you pay for it with your booking. I would rather eat out. You have a better selection and better food. If you just wanted a bagel or a mini muffin and don't want to use the Keurig in your room to make your own coffee, then it is ok. They had a bowl of large oranges that looked withered and should have been thrown out. They took payment at the property for everything. I would have liked to have paid upfront at least a week ahead of time so that i would have known a=exactly ahead of time I had for spending money. I like to budget things right down to the penny.

1) A Keurig coffee maker that doesn't work. I left a note to the Housekeeping and I hope they look into it. 2) When I checked in I was charged $180 that includes $30 deposit. When I checked out, I got an invoice for $157.07. I told the Front Desk clerk that the invoice amount is $157.07. She said the adjustment will be made soon. This morning April 15, 2024 I got a charge in my credit card for $188.48. If I don't get the adjustment of $31.41 within this week, I'll be compelled to go online and expose their unacceptable business practice.

Alex, who checked me in, was very nice. Hotel was clean. Room was spacious and clean, and included a microwave and fridge with freezer. Despite being adjacent to the freeway, the room was absolutely quiet. I did not hear any other guests either! Wonderful! I would stay here again.

Bright light outside window Room (106) came through the side of the blackout blind. No water dispenser! Not even in the breakfast area. Only water available was from tap in the room 🙁 The bed was a bit too hard for my taste. Morning staff had difficulty tearing herself away from her phone to attend to people checking out. I did inform Alex about slow drain in sink; he said that it would be addressed the next day.

Can't fault the stay - the beds were comfy, the shower was powerful and the free breakfast did the job each morning :) the hotel is located an hour's drive from San Francisco proper which was perfect for us, and it's right next to a bunch of shops and fast food outlets if you don't fancy venturing out for a late dinner :)

The cable TV was a bit glitchy, most channels didn't work so we ended up watching a lot of Storage Wars on A&E - which was a good laugh to be fair :)

The room was very spacious, had a clean smell to it and was in a great location with shops and food around the corner. At the time the hotel was under construction so there were so issues finding parking but overall the room and location was clean. For $500 we would have loved to find parking easier and a hot breakfast but it did its job and we got to where we needed to be and had comfortable sleep.

I liked the remodeled room along with the fully accessible appliances (full-size refrigerator, installed microwave, cabinet spaces, and electric 2 burner cooktop).

The toilet was leaving because someone disconnected the hose.

Clerk was a little rude this is my second time renting here and the clerks have been very rude with attitude and in your personal business asking me if me and my fiancé had separate cars in rudely way saying while looking at me we don’t allow partying!! While I’m standing there in my work clothes tired! Like I’m there for work not partying! So rude and unprofessional doesn’t not make you feel welcomed

Great breakfast. Clean area and the service crew did a fantastic job. He bed was amazing. Lots of towels in the bathroom.

There was no laundry bag or pen and paper. No directions for using the heat/ ac unit. I saw the unit under the window and tried to adjust it. Only later did I notice the controls on the long wall. Most hotels have controls just inside the room so, I was a bi confused. It all worked out though once I located the controls were separate from the unit.

Nice breakfast, dining area was clean.

Several vehicles were broken into overnight, luckily mine wasn't one of them since that particular Hilton has only one way in/out, why not put in a card activated gate?
