Clerk was a little rude this is my second time renting here and the clerks have been very rude with attitude and in your personal business asking me if me and my fiancé had separate cars in rudely way saying while looking at me we don’t allow partying!! While I’m standing there in my work clothes tired! Like I’m there for work not partying! So rude and unprofessional doesn’t not make you feel welcomed

Great breakfast. Clean area and the service crew did a fantastic job. He bed was amazing. Lots of towels in the bathroom.

There was no laundry bag or pen and paper. No directions for using the heat/ ac unit. I saw the unit under the window and tried to adjust it. Only later did I notice the controls on the long wall. Most hotels have controls just inside the room so, I was a bi confused. It all worked out though once I located the controls were separate from the unit.

We stayed in the Jacuzzi Suite and it was just what we wanted. It was comfortable and a great way to bring in the new year. I will definitely reserve this room again. It meant all of our expectations the extra space was also a plus. The double shower was also enjoyable.

Carpet throughout needed cleaning it was stained. there was some shotty patch and paint work that was done and noticeable. And there was some tile work needed in the shower. looks like a quick patch job was done

One front desk staff was lovely, kind and patient. Thank you A.! Breakfast was really good. Room was clean and well kept up.

We were pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. We were especially pleased not only that there was breakfast, but the quality and variety of the breakfast offerings. Well done.

I liked the size and location - on the first floor

The room is old - the tub was scary, I was afraid that I might slip in the tub while showering. Also the closet needed more hangers. Also needed more lotion - the bottle is very small. Also, the room looked out on a large bush, so we couldn't open the shade. Maybe add another blanket for cold nights.

Forgot my room key at 3am and Owen was real helpful in getting me another room key. The check-in person was also nice. The room was good but may want to make sure the carpet is fully vacuumed because there were sunflower seeds near the lounge chair

Everything was wonderful from the first day, when I got in kind of late at night the staff named Jesus was so kind and helpful the next day the staff named Brenda was wonderful supper kind as well I definitely will stay there again cause I normally travel to the Bay Area for church service (events) that I attend at Richmond

Website should be more specific when asked about a hot tub. Since it's only available in certain rooms

Breakfast was great, location is not the best, but I appreciated knowing there’s onsite security, outside public areas are fenced and well kept. I felt safe

There was hair in the sink and the soap dish in the shower was filthy. It caused me to wonder about the sanitation of the other bathroom fixtures, especially during this pandemic. Last week my daughter in law traveled with me, my room was delightful and clean, she found a pair of men’s underwear under her bed. 🤢
