THE staff! THE managers, so helpful, they are smiling and easy to get along with. The coffee am is nice touch. The guests were all kind, parking was good, housekeeping super. Everything was clean ...I will always go back and I so enjoyed this group.Maintence man was great.

The property is well kept & from what I’ve seen safety issues are always handled accordingly (wet floor signs, buckets of rain water on walkways, etc). From management down, all staff seems to pay attention to what’s needed and makes me more comfortable. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and have seen/heard many different situations that Kim, management, security, front desk, and housekeepers have dealt with. Unfortunately not all pleasant and I must say it’s impressive how each issue has been handled with consideration and professionalism. This is a great staff that all deserve respect. They certainly deserve it. Their kindness has won me over!

There’s only 1 issue that I feel needs attention and that is the ice machine. This specific location gets pretty hot and not having a regular working ice machine is inconvenient.

The location was close to two trolley stops and there were plenty of restaurants and gas stations nearby. I arrived just after 9:30pm to check in and there was still plenty of parking available. I spoke with 3 different staff members during my stay and all of them were friendly, professional, and helpful. As a solo, female traveler, I felt safe during my stay.

The room could have been cleaner. There was hair on the remote and in the sink when I arrived. The counter and sink were in need of replacement because they were quite damaged. The TV leaned at an angle due to a problem with the base. My door didn’t close flush with the door frame.

Prompt responses by the receptionist when I had to ask for extra pillow due to lack of comfortless, and body lotions. Although not being present extra large towel, shampoo , I was able to manage myself. But I would strongly recommended having extra large towel for shower instead off only one small towel, on the other hand lotions and shampoo present. Free coffee was available for all.

Sink water supply was poor conditions, could be a connection issue or plumbing issue, find incomplete sink color, no coffee and creamer was available beside few cups were present. I would recommended to have 2 small counter table for lamp or

That there was plenty of rooms

The guy at the front desk with that beard Erick was his name he was really rude to me he accused of talking to the housekeeping and l didn't because l knew she didn't speak any English but l asked him for a certain room and he had straight attitude l am a very loyal Customer and l don't bother anybody when I'm here l respect the rules so l don't know what his problem was with me...it messed up my day

Staff are very good. Guests are treated with respect. Security is important to them. Front office staff, Dani, Eric and Kim are always considerate. Cleaning staff do not start work too early. Cleaning staff are always laughing and singing, giving happy vibes to the overall atmosphere of the day.

Some guests take advantage of programs that place them here and are very disrespectful of the cleaning staff.

Awesome bed, GREAT AC! I stayed on ground floor and never heard anything upstairs. Can't ask for much more than that in my opinion, I'll definitely be back anytime I come to the area.

It would be great to be able to request and RECEIVE extra pillows (one is not extra pillows, it is A pillow) for people with bad backs and hips like myself.

It was clean and the staff was nice

I didn’t like the fact that they tried to profile me and my cousins. We were from out of state they thought we were prostitutes when we arrived. They had a security guard walk us to our room to let us in. Then the next morning we found out they did have room keys for us to get into our room.

The presents of a security guard was comforting. I liked the proximity of a convenience store nearby. I enjoyed that the air conditioning was easy to operate and was at a reasonably comfortable temperature upon our initial entry.

Pillows were not fluffy, but employees at front desk accepted our compliment and acknowledged to correct our issue.TVs were outdated. Parking rules were not enforced.

It was well kept and the grounds were clean except for one thing but it had nothing to do with the staff or the property, and they don’t charge extra for the dogs that’s a big plus .

People who bring their pets and don’t clean up after them or they let them wander around without a leash
