They were able to accommodate the check I time. I was so exhausted from traveling.

I didn’t like the fact that every room was upstairs. I was asked for a $75 deposit and I only had a hundred bill, in which he did NOT document nor did I receive my $25 change but I was told that I would receive the $75 deposit during check out. As soon as I got to the room I fell asleep. I figured (he looks like an honest man) I’ll just deal with it tomorrow when I check out but when it came down to that. He pretended like he didn’t know what I was taking about. I say pretend because the facility was empty. There were only 3 rooms being occupied and one of the rooms looked like they permanently live there. Needless to say they never checked the room out to see how we left it and only gave me$40 back from a $75 deposit

I liked the value of the room and the location was very close to where I needed to travel too. The price was excellent for the San Diego area. The hotel was not too far from the airport as well. Overall, I was please with the value of the space.

My only hesitation was that there are some repairs still in process on the facility outside of the room. Some of the guests are a little more urban than mainstream hotel guests. The first room I was assigned smelled a little like cigarette smoke, but they were able to reassign me to a different room. The area the hotel is located in is a little more urban, but the value of the hotel was really good for a hotel located in San Diego.

Cleanliness inside the property and that the staff is quick to reply

No phone to contact front office and no way to get extra toilet paper after certain hours the front desk closes and that it’s right by the steeet so homeless are always in the front of the property or hanging out there

The cleanliness of not just the room but the property as a whole. I appreciated that Sam, the owner and operator, went above and beyond the. call to make sure my stay was comfortable the heater wasn't cooperating and Sam brought me and my wife extra blankets and a portable heater. Close to the various casinos in the area. 15 minutes to Sea World, SD Zoo and International Border

The rooms are extremely comfortable and inviting. It's so nice to have a little fridge and a microwave and a little coffee maker. And the showers are awesome. I really like the minimalist decor and the staff is extremely friendly and cooperative. They just make your stay so easy and enjoyable.

Very clean and surprisingly nice for the money spent. Almost luxury level but for motel price. Bananas

Parking is crazy. Very very tight. Rules for getting your deposit back are a little strict but not hard to abide by

The man named Sam was a real sweetheart. He was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you Sam.

We had trouble with our heater in the middle of the night. But Sam helped us and we were warm for the rest of our stay 😄.

We liked the modern appliances and the over look of the room.

We didn’t anticipate how inconvenient having no towel hook would be but it did not put a damper on the trip. As well as not having a door for the shower, we placed a towel down on the ground but the water still got everywhere no matter how careful we were for it not to. A bit annoying but not a huge deal breaker for us to not stay here again in the future

WiFi is limited to certain locations. Make sure you have access before choosing a room if you rely on it to work. The staff was very helpful and changed my room to accommodate my needs.

Hotel was very clean and had great kind staffing .

No complaints my stay was well compared to other stays at other hotels in the area.
