Location is great - walking distance to many places and 20-min driving distance to the beach. the room was big and clean. I like that the property has a pool and everything looked well maintained. A lot of people with dogs - I love pet friendly hotels.

the pillows - very uncomfortable. the bathroom door was squeaking loudly, the shower started dripping from time to time durning the night. parking at the property can be challenging- even if charged for parking, there are not enough parking spaces to accommodate all the cars, and other guests were parked between the spots…

The room was recently updated - it was modern, had a cool sofa, a small table with chairs, and a separate nook for the fridge and coffee maker when you first enter the room. Overall, it was a good setup. In terms of the location in Calabasas, if you want to walk to dinner in the downtown area, it's the perfect place to stay. It's basically in Old Town. You can also walk to the shopping areas just up the street on both side of the road. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and accommodating.

I didn't like paying for parking, that our in-room coffee maker wasn't working so we had to buy coffee for $5 a cup in the lobby. But, it seems like every hotel in California gets you on parking regardless of where it's located.

Location and parking, although we were only passing through, so arrived late and only spent couple of hours there in the morning. Lovely pool and surrounding area, cafe and lounge area. Room was a lovely size with a sitting area, table and chairs, a fridge and microwave. Staff were really friendly. Near to banks and a shopping area, there was also a small market nearby (would need to check when this is on).

Would have preferred parking to be free, but was still very reasonable compared to the number of places we stayed.

I think they were working on it but some other parts of the facility (other than the lobby and room) were not as nice, the elevator by our room for example was being worked on, no problem there but when we were walking up the stairs it was quite the run down and dingy passage so we were worried what the room would look like. It turned out to be nice though. The only reason I mention this is because we had a moment where we thought we'd be looking for a new place to stay.

we were in the first floor which seems to be remodeled very nicely.

it was a Saturday night in Calabasas but there was no one working the bar area. we had been out with friends and asked for wine glasses to bring to our room and offered to buy a bottle of wine they were selling … but only offered plastic cups wrapped on plastic as you’d find on a low grade hotel bathroom. No Kleenex in room which was bad as one of us had a cold and needed tissues.

The location is great, easy access to LA and lots of restaurants and shops around. The rooms have nice large beds. The hotel is reasonably well maintained and feels not too old.

Broken gym equipment, not really a gym more of a fitness room. Pool area does not reflect the pictures, very small pool area which is not very clean tbh. Parking charge is excessive.

Very comfortable accommodations! Very clean, comfortable king bed, had a couch (big bonus points!), dog friendly, walkable to good dinning/coffee options! We also found many options for common space areas that were nestled all around for a bit of privacy and were really inviting. They did a really great job with the over all design and layout of this hotel. Staff was very friendly. Enjoyed covered parking as well.

The location was great, we are familiar with the area and it was right between everything we need. Close to the freeway and canyons as well. We did run into some issues but the manager was very quick to align with them and rectify them immediately.

Service staff didn’t seem very happy to help, front end staff also didn’t enforce laws and rules on guests to make everyone feel comfortable and safe. We had some garbage left behind in our room on arrival, and were missing some necessities. There were also blatant anti-maskers at the hotel ignoring the LA county laws and hotel rules and didn’t seem to be told how to respect them, making the guests that were following the rules have to work around them.

Pool area looked a lot bigger in the pics than it actually was…disappointed that because of the size, we weren’t able to enjoy.

The property is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of Calabasas. It’s very well maintained and clean and the room was very quiet, with a large TV, a decent sized fridge, microwave and coffee machine, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and I shall definitely be staying here for my next visit.
