Front desk associates were friendly and polite and made me feel welcome. Room was spacious. Amenities in bathroom were nice.
Hallway that I had to go down to get to my room from stairs/elevator smelled of pot. This continued for three days so it was obviously not being investigated nor dealt with in a non-smoking hotel. Odd stains on arm chair made me not want to sit on it.

I enjoyed my stay. Ashley at the front desk was very attentive and helpful. We were there for a couple of days and she was there and happy to see us every morning! The wait staff at the breakfast buffet are also very kind and we looked forward to breakfast with them every day. The cleaning staff were friendly and thorough. Thank you!
The only thing I would mention is that I wish the tv had been better, sometimes it was very slow and most hotels have upgraded to smart TVs that I have stayed in recently.

I liked everything about the place. The staff was amazing especially Alex. Alex was amazing. He remembered my name throughout my entire stay and greeted me every time he saw me by my name. I work in customer service and honestly that’s the best customer service I’ve ever received. He was so respectful and professional. He deserves a raise and/or promotion. I don’t know if he’s the manager but he should be one. Also, the place was really nice and comfortable for the price and the breakfast was really really good. My husband and I really enjoyed everything about that place and we will be definitely coming back really soon! Thanks Alex for being so amazing!

Neighborhood is very sketchy. I was worried about my vehicle out in the open in the parking lot with some of the people wandering around. Several of whom came into the lobby and bothered the desk associate.

The Inn was older but very clean and Security is present, I didnt get to enjoy any amenities because we were just passing thru but their breakfast is one of the best I've seen at any Best Western. Also did have a good time and drinks at the Bowling Alley right next door

it was very nice and comfortable to stay in — very quiet and clean. The breakfasts were excellent.
Convenient parking was hard to find when returning at night, but it was ON.

Front desk associates are very professional and nice.
Room not as clean this time. Crumbs on floor and no toiletries in bathroom yet was told room was ready which would mean it had been cleaned and set up.

We really liked the breakfast. Lots of variety and it was tasty. The servers manning the breakfast area try to anticipate guests’ needs and were very attentive.
