I loved the trees all around the property. I loved the balcony. I loved that the hotel had a shuttle.

I know the sheets were washed, but some had pee stains. Which means a better detergent is needed. Also if the hotel could have a golf cart to rent would be great. We needed short store runs and late night outings which the shuttle was not available.

This property is away from the daytrip tourist crowds located at a higher elevation. There is a free shuttle to and from town and the ferry dock. The drivers are all really great. No need to reserve just ask front desk where the pickup spots are. The vans are clearly marked with the property name. The room was a good size two queen size beds. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room has a Small outdoor space overlooking the pool. The property is in a garden like setting. I did use the gym which was basic but good. The pool is refreshing and great for a swim. There is a cafe onsite but i didnt use it.

You can clearly hear the neighoring rooms, loud voices, tv and video games at bedtime. This is a problem at many hotels but seemed excessive during the time i was a guest. Theres no fresh brewed coffee station. If you want that you have to go to the bakery downtown which means you have to take the shuttle. There is a K cup machine in the room but its not the same. The property has some light construction going on which doesnt interfere with guests but is noticeable.

I appreciated the complimentary upgrade for the lengthy wait for check in. It was a great touch for my daughters surprise bday. Truly appreciated that. We enjoyed the balcony. The room is very impressive

I mentioned it to staff. One of the drivers for the shuttle was more attentive to the Latin travelers and that made myself and my daughter uncomfortable. He paid us absolutely no attention until they told him in Spanish that we were there first. I reported it to the lady at the front desk and she greatly apologized. She informed the manager. The next time we rode with him he was quiet, but professional. When he dropped us off I heard him all who was next instead of assuming it was whoever he chose.

Location was Good. They had a free shuttle service from hotel to city. Food in the restuarent was good. Provided free beach and pool towels.

The room was not completely cleaned. We saw some clothes lying on the floor, some make up items and shampoo from previous occupants. After repeated messages to the hotel from booking.com they did not informed the customers about shuttle service( NOT SURE IF IT IS BOOKING.COM ISSUE ), we were waiting at the marina for taxi and the taxi person mentioned about the shuttle. We started seeing some ANTS in the bathroom on our 3rd day of stay. BOOKING.COM did not had enough information about the hotel services, example shuttle service.

The inn is in a beautiful location hidden away from the hustle and bustle of daily tourist but only a 10 min walk away or a 2 min shuttle which the inn provides. The restaurant at the hotel was sooo wonderful!! The food and drinks were delicious and the staff has such a great energy!!!

The sheets, blankets and pillow cases in the room all had some kind of stains on them... They didn't smell dirty and I know stains can be super hard to get out sometimes but they just looked a little dirty. It still didn't stop us from having a good time but I can see how it would put people off.

The location is not too far out of the way to be inconvenient. It’s a short walk from the main streets of Catalina. I am not yet elderly so I did enjoy the steep walk back, but I could see how it might inconvenience other guests. The beers and micheladas at the hotel bar were well priced and delicious. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I even saw a deer eating from a tree right outside the hotel. Very beautiful atmosphere.

The bed sheets were stained with what could have been either blood or rust. It was pretty noticeable. I asked for extra sheets and they were brought up right away. The room in general could have been a lot tidier.

Nice hotel clean and with comfortable beds. Nice swimming pool. Pretty location. I would stay there again. Had mini-frig which was nice. Not all hotel have that. I like that it was at little on the edge of town away from the center of town crowds.

If they were was free breakfast it was not advertised or was not made aware of it. But free breakfast was not that important to me. I found no major complains about the place.

We never went to the restaurant, the shuttle was wonderful however one day we got a phone number and were able to reach them to come get us the other three days we were kind of lost just sitting and waiting that was kind of a deterrent! The gal that checked us in I saw her one other evening she was not a happy character the woman that worked during the day our second day there was wonderful nice and sweet the pregnant girl that worked during the day two other days was very nice as well our shuttle drivers were all wonderful Antonio Banderas, Steven Seagal, and Chuck Norris! They were all full of joy and always good to work with…

The beds were semi-comfortable but I guess I’m used to a softer bed I woke with my shoulders are my hips hurting almost every day they were a little stiff I believe…

everything was easy access, from the front desk to transportation to the Bar and Grill. we stayed 3 nights and the staff was amazing. we witnessed cleaning staff actually cleaning the rooms and I’m telling you they did a great job. honestly I didn’t know what to expect based on the reviews but it was amazing, the pool was open and it was warm! can’t wait to plan our next stay!

there was nothing I didn’t like! everyone was friendly and we felt accepted as an outsider in their island

Well, if you ever stay close to the beach you get a tiny room for too much money. If you don't mind a little walk with a little hill you are at the town in just a few minutes! We made the trip several times and enjoyed the exercise. There is a restaurant on property next to the pool! It was a little pricey but REALY GOOD ! We liked having a shuttle but I wasn't quite sure how "free" it was. The prominently placed seeded tip basket indicates otherwise. Some people give a couple dollars and others drop a $20 in there depending on how many bags I guess. We tipped whenever we had bags

I wanted to stay an extra night but the price was thru the roof for the weekend. One Saturday is the same as a Tuesday Wednesday stay. Understandable I guess...Catalina is Awesome after all
