Buffet breakfast was good. Hotel was minutes from cruise ship port.
Veronica on reception could do with training in being pleasant and polite to guests. Another couple there commented to me about her rudeness. Marilyn on reception was excellent and could not have been more helpful, as was the man later on reception who helped with my suitcase after Veronica told me I would have to struggle with it myself. She knew I could only walk with a walker! Marilyn arranged for someone to take my suitcase down to reception and booked.a taxi for me and was very pleasant and helpful.

Bathroom was very dirty. Old bandage was still in the bathtub. Fake nail was under bed. Carpet was really dirty. Hot tub was not working properly and wouldn't heat.

Staff was great. Loved being able to leave car in parking garage. Shuttle service a great deal --- although only used to get to ship.
Waited forever at end of cruise for a shuttle to get back to the hotel. We stood at site that we verified with 3 different employees at cruise site that this was the correct one for the Crowne Plaza, but no shuttle ever showed up. Finally a shuttle from the Doubletreel took mercy on us and gave us a ride back to the Crowne Plaza.

Great Location, friendly helpful staff, and plenty of them which helped with getting quick assistance. Breakfast was good, liked having rice available in the morning. I didn't use it but the Gym is 24 hours, which is nice to know it is available.
The card readers in the elevators were a bit unresponsive when trying to access the different floors. The button panels in the parking garage to lobby elevators were really beat up and some of the buttons on the right side panel didn't seem to work. The Air Conditioner in the room was effective, which is great, but loud in the bathroom.

I especially appreciated the knowledge of Miguel at the front desk. He was very knowledgeable about Cruises and Hawaii, I also appreciated the text sent to me if I needed anything to reach out, I did reach out on a couple of occasions and your staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. Since neither my husband or myself eat pork it was great to have a turkey choice for breakfast. All the staff that I encounter were pleasant and accommodating,
I did not especially care for a non front desk staff trying to dismiss our cab.

All windows need to be cleaned. It is very dissapointing to have a big suite with so many windows and find all of them very dirty.

This is my 3rd visit there within 8 months and the Ice Machines are STILL not Operational!!! It was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE that I had to Shuttle Floors (From the 8th Floor) looking for an ice machine on my Birthday Weekend!! Finally got ice...From The Bar!! Its not like its something "Under Construction"...go purchase some Damn Ice Machines!!! Outside of that Major Inconvenience on my Birthday...my stay was....Good!!(Thanks to the Staff)

The Booking.com rate for the room made it much more affordable. The hotel is in a convenient location, so it's easy to get to restaurants and the harbor, and not far from Ports-O-Call.
Breakfast is not complimentary here. There's a 24-hour mini-market, but no microwave in the market or the room to heat frozen food purchased there. There's an extra $15 fee for parking, though you can come and go as often as you need to

Location near the San Pedro Fish Market. Perfect place. Rooms are perfect. Love the view. Also beds are comfy.
Well one, everytime we tried leaving the parking lot, the barcode reader wouldnt read the ticket so we would be stuck until we were assisted. The bar had no drinks. Most were unavailable. We didnt have running water for about 45 minutes. And come on, if you got a hotel, why charge for parking? Should at least be free since we had a reservation. But oh well.
