Breakfast was good but there was missing lots of food. They had a full room of bananas in boxes and when I asked the person working in the breakfast room they said they had no more. I spoke to manager of Breakfast room, and told him that you have a full box of bananas in the stock room as the door was left opened. It took several minutes to make a decision to give me the bananas. They said they have a quota of bananas on a daily which I found to be not fair.

My son is afraid of dogs and I did not find correct that the dogs were with the owner in the breakfast room where all the food is. My son had to wait for the dog to leave the breakfast room. You should have a rule for dogs not to enter the food breakfast room .

Good location by the freeway, but without too much street noise. Usual thin walls, so a fair amount of noise from the hall and other rooms. Generic/bland breakfast, but plenty of it and dining area was clean. Room was nice and spacious, really like the setup. Felt like a safe enough area to walk across the street to the multiple restaurants.

Cleanliness of the room was so-so - found nail clippings under the front of the sink, hairs between the towels, clear handprints and stains on the sofa fabric. Bed was extremely hard, had to fold up the comforter beneath someone to avoid back pains. Breakfast area is cramped and if it's even a little busy everyone just pushes past each other in the tight space and cuts the line.

Location was quite and safe. Room was spacious , bed and sofa were comfy. Tv channels were really good. Coffee was a plus. We needed laundry , reception helped us to use the laundry of neighbor hotel with which they had agreement. Reception helped us by check-in and Ac replacement. It was very good to be able to open windows in the room to get fresh air.

Air condition was very noisy, 1st night hardly slept... but the mech.man has replaced a new Ac in 20 min. Breakfast could be maybe better. Breakfast area hardly enough.

Property was safe and close enough to downtown LA. The room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Property provided baggage storage prior to check in and after checkout. Great complimentary breakfast spread and wonderful variety of complimentary coffee and tea choices in the lobby throughout the day.

The location was perfect for my first trip to California. Alot of restaurants in the area was great! Bed slept comfortably

▪︎ Vending Machine was out of order. Didn't want to go to the 1st floor. ▪︎ Faucet very awkward and couldn't wash hands properly without getting water everywhere. ▪︎ Didn't like the old thermostat functionality. For the price should be more modern.

Check in and check out times were great. They had coffee/hot water available throughout the day as well as fresh fruit. Room was clean, breakfast was good and well stocked. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Although the breakfast was good, there could have been more options available.

This hotel was great for our stay! Free parking, free breakfast, great location! They have so much around the area you’ll probably find what you need within a 10 min drive. I would absolutely come here again, couldn’t recommend it enough.

Clean, quiet and close to where we needed to be I go to City of Hope for cancer treatment every other week and we stay here at least once a month. It is welcoming, clean, and perfect value. Often arrive at night and it feels very safe and the staff is wonderful.

Coffee wasn’t great - but nice to have breakfast in the morning

I loved the location of the hotel! there is so much food all around, you'll never go hungry! The room was also very clean and comfortable, wifi was fast. I like how there is free breakfast downstairs, huge plus.

The hotel itself is kind of old, but my room was really nice and clean so I don't mind. Other than that no complaints at all

The breakfast was excellent. Also, the room was very quiet which was important to us. The thermastat was hard to understand. Sometimes too hot - sometimes too cold.

Because we were there over a weekend there was no room cleaning. We could have used a couple more wastebaskets. Also the close view mirror in the bathroom came off. The door outside the refrigerator has a loose handle that kept swinging when we used the refrigerator.
