Room was very nice and quite comfy. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The sofa that can be changed to a bed was a cut above any hotel we have been to. Very luxurious. We did get a quiet room as requested. Front desk employee was very nice and was very focused on getting us a quiet room. Seemed to know exactly where that was.

Walkways are very narrow especially on the second floor. Hard to maneuver the luggage carrier. And impossible if housekeeping is there. In addition, the breakfast area was very small. You basically had to either share a table, which we don't care for, or take your breakfast back to your room which isn't ideal. Some people were not happy they were out of coffee.

Location - Walkable to many services in town. Adjacent to freeway for ease of travel. Coffee in lobby almost all the time, and warm cookies served each evening. Bathroom very clean, plenty of towels.

If they are going to do away with carpet and go to hard floors, like many hotels recently, those floors MUST be MOPPED daily!! Sweeping/vacuuming only removes debris. When your light socks turn black, that floor hasn't been mopped.....

The staff are always warm and welcoming. The facilities are so clean. It's right off the freeway so it couldn't be more convenient. I love the courtyard on the inner side of the building. It feels like your own backyard. The shower has great water pressure and they don't waste little plastic bottles. They have larger dispensing bottles of nice-smelling shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The pool was cool and wonderful for an 88° day. We love the breakfast in the morning as well. This is our favorite place to come to close to home.

No suggestions.

Across the board everything was excellent… everyone with staff couldn’t be more helpful and pleasant, the hot tub was perfect, the outside back patio grill area just delightful, down to the freshly baked cookies every night at 7 PM in the lobby for guest! We bookmark this hotel and definitely stay here again!!

That we had to leave and couldn’t stay longer! 😊

Lovely spot on our honeymoon roadtrip. Check in was nice and simple. The lady at the front was super friendly and very knowledgeable in the local area with plenty of advice on places to check out. The room was clean and cosy. Unfortunately didn't get the opportunity to look at the property grounds as they had lots to offer. Loved the hot coffee and warm cookies in the evening a fab touch!

Nothing.

Room was really nice. It was a beautiful set up. We use the pool and hot tub it was refreshing. Breakfast was good too. Lots to choose from. By the time we got there. There wasn't much left. I had a biscuit with gravy, bacon and some eggs. Had a banana, orange juice and coffee. Very clean place. Great location too. I will stay there again in the future. Thanks for your Hospitality.

Friendly staff. Nice courtyard in back. Good location. Free cookies!

Breakfast was decent, but understaffed. They kept running out of food during the busy times and took a few minutes to replenish. We prefer not to have maid service but they come everyday. Had to ask for a Do Not Disturb door hanger at the desk.

4th year in a row returning. This year was a bit different.

Not one to complain but this year sure was different. :( This year we couldn’t use the pool one day because the guy doing the grout around pool said it needed to dry for 24 hours and we had to get out of pool. However, the pool never closed that day… We go there for the pool since our boys are autistic. Another day we had problems with the cleaning ladies leaving something in our room and not filling the soap dispensers. Then, a lady guest yelled at my son not knowing he was special needs just because he asked her ‘why’ when she told her girls to get out of the pool. Just a whole different experience this year :(

The breakfast served was excellent. Eggs, sausage, biscuits, bacon, cereal, etc. The staff was so nice! The room was clean!! Beautiful property.

Only one trash can, for a 4+ day visit a second trash can was needed. Need a recycle bin up front.

It was so cozy and comfortable! Staff is incredibly pleasant, breakfast was nice, and there were a lot of military and firemen guests, which made us truly happy since we appreciate them so much. All around a lovely stay. We will be back! Thank you!

It was a challenge to get our Yorkie to use the spot assigned for his needs.... He has a mind of his own, but it wasn't a problem.
