Comfort Inn Lucky Lane

I loved the location, it is in a very convenient place, close to freeway, eating, shopping, and a great place to take a walk/run around the block. I especially loved the continental breakfast, which was available in a variety of choices from healthy items.

The only thing that I didn't like was that when my kids went swimming, we encountered a very rude man that chased us out of the pool area, because he thought that we had taken down all the things that are around the pool. This was the only negative encounter, otherwise everyone else were great.

Night clerk was fantastic even though we came in at midnight and the system couldn't handle the time change and he had to go thru hoops. Bless his heart. It took a long while but he was great.

The room was dirty. Dog food on rug. Dark hair in tub. And housekeeping came in room and before 10am on last day there and opened door when I was putting my makeup on.

The breakfast was nice. The bed was nice and firm. The spa and pool were a huge plus. The scenery was spot on.

The toilet was too close to the door and the bathroom was small.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean.

Not very quiet. I think the walls are thin. I could hear other people in other rooms talking and laughing.

I like that they provided a healthy packaged continental breakfast and they accommodated us with any requests we had which was very helpful as we stayed extra unexpected nights and had trouble with transportation during checkout.

What could have been better is during each of the mornings I guess while they were checking rooms the staff would only knock once and barely give time for us to open the door and would already be opening it. Second l just would have liked that it gave information about the pool being closed on the website. We thought it was open and I have a young one who was looking forward to a pool. Although it is understandable due to Covid-19. We were just searching for a motel with a pool and thought we found one but didn't know it was closed until we got there and I wasnt sure if that amenity was included in the price.

The room was clean and beds were acceptable. They did empty the trash and bring fresh towels even though the signs said that they wouldn't be providing that service.

The toilet clogged and all they did was offer us a plunger...they said there was no other room to move us to but the hotel was clearly not full. We couldn't get breakfast bags on the second day because no one was at the desk for several minutes.

Great hotel for a great price. My only complaints would be previous guest set the alarm and it went off early, not the hotels fault, and the other criticism would be the bed was so comfortable that I found it difficult to get out of bed, that was hotels fault. Other than that it was a really nice stay. Hotel definitely delivered value. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great deal in Flagstaff.

Room was very small. For 2 adults and 4 children it was cramped enough. Facilities were mini sized - sink, closet, tub and overall spacing between beds and cabinetry.

Only thing was the toilet seat was loose. The cleaning person needs to check better making sure everything is OKAY. The coffee maker also needs to be checked.
