I stayed there because I was visiting my mother in Sedona only I couldn't afford to stay there. I liked the room, it was pretty big and probably more homie feeling than any motel 6. I brought my little dog with me it was just us 2 and we felt safe. . We took walks around the area and I just wish there was more food nearby. I don't give anything 5 stars unless I'm blown away. So I am giving 4 stars because it served its purpose and yes I would stay here again, it's clean, safe feeling..

I can't really complain about much, maybe if the neighborhood had more food available 🤔, or I don't know I like to take walks with my dog and I was looking for food ..

The hotel is located on old Route 66 - always a little nostalgia with that. It’s close to quite a few decent eateries (east walking distance). My buddy and I were there for an overnight motorcycle event. We were able to park our bikes under the open window To keep track of them. My buddy brought his dog. It was an extra $20/night, but there was a place to let him relieve himself.

The room (specifically the floor) could have used a little more attention. It was pretty grungy. Also, it’s directly across the street from the (very active) railroad tracks. There are right about one hundred trains that pass by every day. That works out to one every fifteen minutes, and for the time we were there it was exactly like clockwork - every 15 minutes! On the hour, and 15, 30, and 45!

It was my first time staying here I was recommended by my friend who is a travel senior nurse and at first I was kinda skeptical because this property also offers extended stay. Once I arrived the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The property is very safe which made me feel safe as I'm a single women traveling for work. I'm glad I was recommended this place for affordable rates and accommodations. I will be staying here from now on

The reviews made me sceptical to stay at this property but I'm glad I did. For the price I paid the room was perfect. There was plenty of space, nice wooden flooring and a modern walk in shower. Yes there is a train track outside but that would affect almost every property that is along Route 66, and the noise was not a problem for me at all given that I am a light sleeper. The trains are not in there control and I certainly wouldn't hold that against this well kept and budget friendly property. I will definitely visit here again and the staff that checked us in was very friendly and made us very comfortable.

Whats not to love. The staff amd owners are friendly amd now day in age its hard to get good customer service. The rooms are simpl it has all the basics needed for your stay. Plus point is this is not a hilton so for the orice they charge its reasonable and offer the basics. I dont understand people want cheap stay but want hilton standards. For the servuce they offer its good enough for me and so far they have taken good care of me amd havent encountered anything.

This hotel was a hidden gem. We wanted the experience of a classic 'Route 66' motel... but were leery of the railroad noise as ALL ROUTE 66 hotels/motels in Flagstaff are along the (busy) train route. Our room was fully modern inside, and had double windows; also (VERY IMPORTANT) the section where the motel is is a straight section which ISN'T near any signal crossings, so the trains DON'T sound the whistle every few minutes as they pass your room. Your sleep will thank you! Room was modern, clean and comfortable, we stayed an extra night just to enjoy Flagstaff which we loved. Manager was very nice and helpful and gave us tips about local attractions. This was a very pleasant hotel. The outside has the classic look, only downside item was some construction debris and building mat'ls laid about outside the building. Looked like possible problem but there were no issues at all. Also, the garage and warehouse next door were very quiet and unobtrusive. A small note, but important: all Route 66-era hotels have showerheads that are ridiculously low, like 5' or under... this thoughtful hotelier had retrofitted 'swan neck' shaped shower heads so tall people (I am 6'1") could actually shower comfortably. This was one of many great touches. :)

Only the doorseal could have been better... and the doors and lumber next to our room were unattractive. We clearly were pleased otherwise.

The property did to some upgrades from the last time i stayed there. My room did have a new big tv my guess os 40-43 inch tvs definitely alot better than 32inch tvs they had. Not sure if they dis this is all the rooms but this room i stayed in had a rainfall shower head which was nice.

Did find some stuff left over from another guest in the drawers. I have told the frontdesk so im hoping they will double check drawers

I liked everything about the room, location, and it's perfect to bring my dogs. I loved that the room is very spacious and has a kitchen area with a table to prepare meals. I will definitely return and tell my friends about it.

To property managers: Make sure to let customers know about your pet policy before paying for the room. It is not enough to put it in fine print or just "pet friendly" in your ad. Make sure to include it at the time of payment and not after paying for the room online and during the check-in ask for a pet fee, for each pet. To CUSTOMERS: If you have pets that are registered as service pets and/or support pets, MAKE SURE you bring documentation. If you don't bring documentation, you will be charged a fee per each pet you have. My dogs are registered as support pets, I had documentation to prove it, and I didn't have to pay the pet fee for any of my dogs. Other than this misunderstanding, our stay was great, and we will like to return in the future.

I like the fact that the Inn was located near all the restaurants to include Starbucks and generally located near the highway. It is a large room more like a studio apartment. I like the fact that it's dog friendly and there was an area for dogs.

Need an upgrade on the heating system the room was cold when we arrive but it heated up real fast however it's a outdated wall unit that if not careful when walk by it could burn your skin. The parking area was tight.

The location was great. It was close to our event at NAU. The size of the room was good. Parking was convenient in front of the room.

The one ice machine is too far from most of the rooms. Maybe have a light in the bathroom you can turn on without having to have the run also. Maybe extend breakfast by an hour. We missed it the two days we were there.
