We really liked the location of the apartment. Was easy to go to the city center also to Peak District. There was everything what we need during our holiday. It was tiny but cosy and we liked it all together with the disadvantages.

Our apartment was exactly above a Chinese takeaway so every day when we arrived back the whole little apartment was smelled like a Chinese kitchen. The walls are like paper. We heard as the neighbour was sitting in the toilet and tried to do his "job". Also few nights we woke up at the middle of the night for someone's shuting the doors loudly. We were happy for the dishwasher first but then we realised we couldn't open it properly so we didn't use it.

The property has everything you need and more, including washer dryer and dishwasher. excellent location for what we needed it for. Very helpful staff, respond quickly to any questions or requests. Finding the parking space can be tricky but that’s just the nature of the area. definitely would use again in the future.

Could possibly have additional pillows. I can’t remember seeing any information about the damage deposit, until after we have made the booking and received a message to say we need to pay additional £150. although the deposit is understandable, this should be made clear at the time of the booking (if it has and I’ve missed it then fair enough).

Location great for me visiting family in the area.very close to public transport.tram and bus.the apartment was very well equipped.you can hear traffic if you have windows open but trams do not run all through the night so not really a problem.couldnt hear any noise from the other apartments and there were groups of youths staying there so I did expect some noise

I didn't like the grubby looking net curtains and carpet in the bedroom/living area.it looked grubby and should be replaced.no towel change or cleaning during a 6 day stay though to be fair it is stated that cleaning only done for stays of 7 days or more

apartment was well lit facilities and proximity to tram stops, shops ect was good, only 2 stops away from Aldi, Iceland, and home bargains. one tram to town, and if you stayed on the same tram you could access the mall all within 30 mins. very satisfied with my stay. no need to communicate with reception ass it is self serve would recommend to someone with anxiety such as myself. staff including cleaners were great help. staff were always available to answer the phone for any questions or services needed. also security deposit was worry free, I received the money back within 12 hours.

don't feel like its a fair thing to put in the box as it is more of a personal preference but the bed was too stiff for myself maybe if you like a softer bed this may be a bad point for yourself but i didnt find this to be too much of an issue did not suffer from any back pain or muscle stiffness.

Apartments were spotless, staff are so friendly and welcoming, the location is great as it is so close to public transport and local shops. The apartments had everything we needed including washing machine, dishwasher, hair-dryer, iron & ironing board. Will definitely stay again on our next visit to Sheffield

The only issue was parking, the road is just permit parking which can be quite an annoyance as there is not much non permit parking close by

Parking can be a problem. Noise, apartments at side of main road through Hillsborough corner so bus routes and tramline routes ran outside the windows. Got quiet around midnight and trams started up again around 05.30. If noise doesn't bother you its a fantastic apartment

It was with all the amenities. Fully furnished appartment and very reasonable price. Location is perfect right next to tram stop and close to grocery shops.

Well managed with all the necessary facilities in good working order. A small dinner table and comfortable chair the right size and height to work at. Sufficiently spacious.

The carpets are old and made a poor first impression, but that's to be expected in an older building like this. All the other facilities were spick and span.

What made us love the place, the most, was the owner's exceptional hospitality. We felt so welcomed warmly. It's near shops parks, and tram, which is very convenient for commuters. Room was clean, enough size for us, having a toddler. Basic necessities were there. Relatively quiet.

Amazing location, right in the centre of Hillsborough and a tram stop right outside! Super easy to find and surrounded by great shops.

Only access is up a flight of stairs so not the easiest when carrying big suitcases.
