Excellent staff, very good breakfast, good location close to tube and bus stations, close to the Tower Bridge and Tower of London. The lobby bar and restaurant is excellent with very good quality food and drink choice. Bartender was very nice and friendly. We received initally noisy and a bit small room on floor 5, but staff was very helpful and offered quickly alternative room.

Nothing to complain.

In my experience of visiting hundreds of hotels, I believe that charging for an espresso at breakfast is not appropriate for a hotel of this level. It's not about the money, but the feeling is very unpleasant and even offensive.

The location , staff , facilities . Very good hotel if you wanna stay in that area , from where by tube you can be anywhere in london within 20-30 min

We had booked a normal double room and we were upgraded to an apartment , but sadly the apartment room 101 was located in the extension of the building where you have to take 2 elevators up and down an really remember your way to the room , but the big problem was that outside this room that was located at the ground floor there were the garbage bins so not a nice view and you could not open the windows because the smell was not ok . We did not asked for a change of the room because we were only staying for 2 nights and most of the time we were out .

We were upgraded which was obviously a bonus for us. The room was clean, spacious and well fitter for our comfort. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room for us to store our bits.

Well the view from the room overlooked a train station, which was far from ideal but thats just the way it is. Id say that as someone who prefers a firmer pillow, would have been nice to have spare pillows which suited that preference. The receptionist also wasnt overly helpful when my partner had a "women related" emergency. Id say that it would be nice if the staff could point us in the direction of places nearby with products to assist. (sanitary towels and what not.)

I needed bedsheets and a duvet for the sofa bed at about 2am and I was attended to with all smiles. The person at reception even came up to find out exactly what I required and added 4 pillows to my own request. Also, the day I checked out, I could not get an Uber to the airport. All drivers declined to go due to the heavy traffic and busy Saturday night in central London. I was getting late and desperate and approached reception for help. They called around and all drivers declined but they didn't stop till they eventually found me a cab willing to go and they monitored the cab till it arrived all the while calming me down and reassuring me. I eventually made it to the airport in good time for my flight.

I was not alerted when a parcel came in for me which was signed for at reception. Two days later I had to go and find out and then the register was checked and my parcel brought out

The staff were very helpful, and the accessibility accommodations were properly arranged and handled nicely. We stayed for almost a week, and we enjoyed how close it is to Tower Hill station and Tower Bridge!

We had some key problems where our keys had to be renewed every day to the reception because after the check out time, it kept on not letting us go to our room. But this is only a minor problem that was handled properly by the staff

Location, bedding, size of room & the amenities. Staff were very accommodating. Restaurant had beautiful food. Room service was good. Having washing machine/dryer combo in suite was very good. Room was clean. Location with station directly outside was good. Plenty of restaurant, Cafe, grocery options nearby.

Checked in at 5pm but room missing 4 items which was disappointing as it didnt appear ready for guests. It was sorted quickly though.

Upon arrival, I was given an amazing welcome and they upgraded my room free of charge, every member of staff I come across were polite and professional and welcoming, the room was spotless and large is size, the bed was huge and the bathroom was phenomenal, each landing was accessible by room key only so safe and secure and staff were always doing walk arounds to ensure safety. The location was amazing and lots to do locally. I will definitively be rebooking this year.

Nothing except maybe a little later checkout as we were so relaxed we didn’t want to leave but I’m aware you can purchase this

Close to big Ben, castle, London bridge and Exford street.

For unknown reason, booking.uk has charged my credit card with three consecutive transactions just today Aug 30 after a week of my return to my country punchef as GBP 2282, GBP 85 and GBP 85 , where as the amount rated at the booking time was GBP 2044. Everything was amazing I have to say. I have stayed in lots of hotels here and abroad but no hotel has good customer service as tower suites. Every single staff member was very polite and friendly. I booked this hotel for my girlfriends birthday, as soon as we arrived we was told that we have been upgraded to there best room. The room was immaculate. I can name so many big companies who should stay at this hotel and learn about real customer service no joke. The Italian restaurant was amazing. We was given a tour of the rooftop bar and had photos taken this is something the waiters arranged for us when they released it was my girlfriends birthday and all of this was when they where getting ready to go home. Honestly cam not praise them enough
