An old and charming London building, surrounded by stunning historic architecture, super location, very close to Tower of London, Tower Bridge and Tower Hill tube station that made it easy to go anywhere. Walking around was a treat for the eyes. The entire team is extremely pleasant and polite, I must mention Deep for his courtesy and pleasing demeanor. They really take care of you. I got a complimentary upgrade to a one bedroom suite with all the amenities on 3rd floor. Entire place is newly refurbished and comfortable, well thought out with all needs anticipated during stay. Other than usual tea coffee, there was fresh milk, bread, butter and jams in the fridge to start off the day. I think this was a caring gesture. Room was big enough with separate lounge & kitchen with two full bathrooms. Bed was comfy. I really liked that I could open the windows to enjoy the breeze and weather. Definitely coming back to stay again. I did not try their breakfast.

With that kind of room charges, cars are not allowed to drop/park in front of the Hotel and there's no entrance at the back. Be prepared to drag your luggage to/from the back of building and up/down the entrance stairs but staff is always there to help and after that, there is lift to all floors. Adding a ramp could really help.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly staff who ensured a smooth and efficient check-in process. The warm welcome set the tone for the rest of my stay. I was promptly escorted to my room, and my luggage was handled with care. The room was beautifully appointed, spacious, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were of the highest quality, ensuring restful nights. The attention to detail in the kitchen's amenities, as well as the room's - from the high-speed Wi-Fi to the luxurious toiletries, made my stay even more enjoyable.The level of service provided by the staff was truly remarkable. They were always polite, professional, and eager to assist with any request, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The location of Tower Residence was ideal for exploring the city. It was conveniently situated near major attractions and dining options. Upon arrival the complimentary welcome basket was great with really essentials(bread,milk,butter,jams,coffee pods, teabags etc .). It’s newly renovated , everything was new;furnitures,kitchen appliances and it was not just kitchenette, rather with full kitchen facilities (washing machine,fridge,hob,microwave,crockery and cutlery so on..).Very spacious. Self-contained apartment but with the perks of a hotel e.g 24 hr reception, can check in and out at any time rather than arrange specific time with host- as is the case with lots of privately let apartments. Location is great very close to restaurants, shops and public transports . I go to London once a month for business and stay 3/4 days . Tower residences will definitely be my permanent address at London.

There is nothing to not like about Tower Residences. The location is perfect right next to the tube station, the apartment was phenomenal and the hospitality was second to none. Lovely touch having essentials provided such as bread butter jam and tea / coffee plus a fully functioning kitchen! We loved being able to give the children some cereal or snack after a long day walking seeing the sights. Coming to London with 2 children couldn't have gone better all thanks to Tower Residences

My stay at Tower Residence by Blue Orchid was simply exceptional! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of London, just a short stroll away from Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. It made sightseeing so easy and added a magical touch to our mornings and evenings. The apartment itself exceeded all expectations. It was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after busy days exploring the city. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living area was cozy—perfect for unwinding. High-speed WiFi was an added bonus! The staff was outstanding (Roxana is the Best!) —welcoming, attentive, and always ready to provide great recommendations on local dining and attractions. Their dedication to guest comfort made my stay truly memorable.

One thing to note is that there was some noise from the underground, but it didn't overshadow the overall exceptional experience.

Location is excellent, 1 min walk to tower bridge and 2 mins walk to the tube station, as a family i feel safe staying in this area, lively at night but not too noisy. Lots of 5star hotel around the area, so the environment feels safe and decent. The facility is perfect, a well working washer/dryer and a complete kitchen really helped a lot. Excellent staff as well. Heater works perfectly, bed is comfortable. 9/10!

As a family with 2y & 5y, we mostly travel by uber. There is a bike lane in front of the hotel entrance making it impossible for us to stop by right in front of it. Therefore we need to get off at the corner of the hotel, which is still manageable for me and not a big deal, just less than a min walk. Also it would be nice to have more utensils at the kitchen. Lastly the floor shakes a little bit everytime the tube is operating, but then again is not a big deal though, just need to get used to it. Overall nothing is really a deal breaker! Still love staying here

The location was sensational, everything was easy to reach, the subway station was a three minute walk away, the public bus was just as quick... Tower Bridge and the Tower are just a stone's throw away... the staff were very accommodating and if we had any requests, e.g. extra coffee capsules or water or whatever, they helped us without any problems, especially Kristian, one of the employees was extremely friendly and always had a smile on his face, all in all everyone was super friendly. There was also a supermarket (Tesco) nearby that was open seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day, which is extremely practical when you're travelling with small children... there was also a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher and washing machine... where you can prepare a snack or breakfast or even a rost ;) the only thing was that the number of glasses and cups was a bit limited and there were no kitchen towels, but we were helped in other ways... all in all, I highly recommend this hotel and I was certainly not the last time in this hotel!!

Milk, tea and coffee, cereal in the room but was only for first day. Location and beautiful view of Tower Bridge. Two bathrooms with showers in each.

I paid with card on 1st night. When we returned on 3rd night from a night out we were told we hadn't paid in full and weren't allowed up to our room until we had paid. We had been out and had food and this really wasn't the right tome to ask us to pay full amount which I thought had been storted already. Noise of underground beneath hotel was a bit of a shock. Room wasn't cleaned daily. Extra coffee pods each day would have been a nice touch.

I recently stayed at this apartment and was really impressed by the overall experience. The apartment is a bit pricy, but it's definitely doable if you're not traveling alone — the value increases when shared with a friend or two. The apartment itself is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, and it’s clear that attention to detail is a priority. Not only was the apartment spotless, but the common areas were also consistently clean and well-kept, which really adds to the overall positive atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. Their service was top-notch, making us feel at home right away. On top of all that, the location couldn’t be better! It’s conveniently situated, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

If I had to mention a couple of small downsides, the lighting inside the room was a bit too bright at times, and it would have been nice to have a softer lighting option or a lamp to reduce the direct overhead glare. Also, the view from the window wasn’t particularly spectacular, but it wasn’t a deal-breaker by any means — it certainly didn't take away from the overall experience.
