The host is extremely hospitality and helpful, because of her, I changed a bit image of Pattaya. Love the swimming pool and jacuzzi at roof which can enjoyed the view of sunset, it's really relaxing and beautiful view. If chlorine not too high was prefect. Room - clean and tidy, wifi was good. Sofa is very comfortable. Kitchen with some cook set and the refrigerator super cool. Apartment location is good, convenient but not too noisy and complexed. Near by a big supermarket - Big C, and Terminal 21, TOPS etc, just walked 5 mins and lots of massage shop. Will stay again.

The staff and Host made the stay great. Location is great, quiet alley with minimal traffic. Food, 7/11 and massage parlours were just at the top of the street, 3min walk. Beach is close in the opposite direction. It was even identified that my Birthday was during my stay, and I was surprised with some treats and a nice note.
The rooms did have a smell of cigarette smoke. This was attended to by the Host but required on going attention.

The apartments are very quiet and private. Jeab who looks after everything is a star, she kept the apartment spotless for me. The rooftop pool isn't exactly Olympic size but it's nice and cold for a plunge when you get off the beach. I think in the 12 days I was there I saw 2 or 3 other guests
My GF thought the aircon wasn't cold enough but it was fine for me

Everything was perfect! P'Jeab was such a wonderful and caring host, always available to help us out with tips and suggestions! She even gave me an early birthday gift of a yum traditional cake and wine 🥹 The facilities and location were exceptional also~~ thank you so much for having us hopefully we will visit Pattaya here again in the future!

A lovely big apartment with and a great kitchen. Perfect for a family. The location is close to the beach and only a short ride to central Pattaya. The host was friendly and accommodating. I can highly recommend staying at this apartment.
The bathroom has a sewage odour but it wasn't too off putting. It can probably be treated with a bottle of bleach.

Clean and fully furnished apartment, excellent option for family stay. The host Ms. Jeab was very helpful, organized the transportation between BKK airport to Pattaya and back at best rates (recommended). Helped us with site-seeing options, etc.., was always there for any help required.
