Every thing was good even the stuff were friendly and helpfull

I didnt like the fact that they wanted to charge for every extra water bottle! I mean come on we paid for a whole day and a half day stay an extra 2 or 3 or r bottles of water would not effect the hotel.. we paid for the hlaf day stay and the said the water is not complementry for the half day stay! Its till 6:00 pm!!

All Staffs are very polite. Comfy bed, Nice view from Pippa restaurant. Very delicious food at Pippa.

- Varieties breakfast with same menus every morning. -The room was very hot and the curtains were open widely when we arrived. We called the technician to fix the temperature as it run by the central air-conditioning. You can control it by the remote control. It took all night to have the room cold enough to sleep. - I forgot my jacket in the room 607, they never called me about this.

My wife and I stayed three nights at the Mytt as part of our Thai holiday. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Pattaya. I had a wonderful experience at the Mytt. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

We did not have negative experience during our stay. We are not the type of holiday makers that go around looking for things to complain about. Again, our stay was excellent with no issues or complaints. Double thumbs up. :)

Charming smiles from staff any time of the day! ;) Room is cozy, new furniture, comfortable bed, a lot of mirrors in the bathroom! Interesting feature of casting TV sound to the bathroom! Great location, everything you may need is just few minutes walk.

I was really upset with the way tea is served at the breakfast. Tea is already brewed and served in large thermos flasks, from which you can pour tea into a cup. However, by my breakfast time at 9 a.m, the tea in flasks becomes barely warm and you have no way to heat it or brew another one because there are no tea bags.

Great room, very clean. Bed was comfortable and rainfall shower head was nice. Also had a Hdmi wall connector which allowed for me to connect my laptop to the TV. Good housekeeping too. Breakfast was very good too, elaborate spread. Upstairs rooftop bar has a great vibe.

Internet was not awesome. Connected consistently but there were odd dropouts and streaming wasn't great. Lighting in the bathroom could be brighter too. Quite surprised given how good everything else was.

I like the decoration of the hotel. The room is spacious and well designed. The bed is very comfy. Would recommend if you are looking for a place to stay at Pattaya. The location is also great, nearby the beach, restaurants, and working distance to Terminal21. Breakfast is standard but there are great variety of choices to choose from.

I find that the amenities provided is not enough. There is no cotton pad. They also charge you if you ask for more bottom of water than provided.

Location is great right next to the beach and by the bars, the room was clean and I had a big screen TV which was great as I could connect it to my laptop. Service was good too. The breakfast was fine fresh omelettes, however just the bacon was bad.

The bacon at breakfast if you ask for it, was not that good quality, I could not eat it. The restaurant at the top of the hotel was charging way to much money for the wine, the prices were really expensive and the amount provided was very small. You could buy a bottle at a shop for the amount you pay for a few mouthfuls.

The atmosphere of the hotel is stunning, everyone is amazed of the pool on the 12th floor. The breakfast is really good even the coffee. The gym is well equipped. The room is spacious with nice design and a smart TV and a JBL speaker. The sea is just 2 minutes walk

If you have a city view room you can hear the party in the night from the cheap bar opposite the hotel.
