The beach and ocean by the hotel are great! The pool area was big enough and even in July had no issues finding chairs mid morning. We had the half board included and the food was always really good. They had a huge breakfast selection with a little of everything and there was a different theme each night for dinner so you didn't see the same thing each night (Italian, Asian, etc). The staff was helpful with a recommendation on a hike. We also set up the private transfer through the hotel ahead of time which was great.

The room and peacefulness of being in an adults only resort. The sun chair in the pool and the daybeds were great. Also loved looking out to the beach and listening to the live music from our balcony at night.

the room was nice but the extra level on top ended up being disappointing as the spa was very average. It didn't heat up nd it stopped every couple of minutes. So in the end we didn't use it and it ended up being a very expensive room for something we didn't use.

The room was clean and well equipped with showering gel, shaving kit and other useful additions to guests’ comfort. The cuisine was delicious!!!! The offer of food was generous and of a good quality and the staff was extremely helpful and amiable (even helped us contact the taxi service when we needed it).

It was very cold in the room and we were not able to use the whirlpool due to rain, as it was uncovered.

Location is idyllic - close to the shops and restaurants, right on the beach. Breakfast was sensational - amazing choice and taste. Staff were all friendly and personable and helpful.

The room itself needs a little TLC. The bathroom was fresh and pristine and the patio furniture was excellent but the wardrobes doors didn’t function properly, the tele was slightly scratched, there wasn’t a kettle or a cup and the terrace door lock was hanging off. There was a dirty stain on the spare duvet but this was changed as soon as I told them front desk.

Beautiful hotel (common areas, restaurants, bar, pool, etc.), excellent staff dedicated and welcoming. Beachfront hotel: beach located just over a pedestrian walk going along the beach. Big and nice beach with sunbeds (not belonging to the hotel). Spacious rooms with large equipped balconys/terraces. Food quality very good (buffet restaurant and MiraBlau). Nice animations by the bar every evening (chill and relax: e.g. singers, musicians) . Some exercice activities by the pool during the day. Quite hotel/rooms. Respectul and friendly guests (I would say a clientele mostly over 40/50). I would definetely recommend.

Nothing on the hotel side really. Just the usuals regarding some guests: putting towels early in the morning on sunbeds by the pool to "book" them, before even having their breakfast and doing other activities: and then only going there a couple hours later... Overall guests attentive to covid protocol.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The room was always very clean. The facilities around the hotel were brilliant, great pool and jacuzzi for all guests to use. Drinks were reasonably priced. Buffet food was brilliant for both breakfast and dinner. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we would love to stay again.

The hotel and all staff people were exceptional 👌 The hotel offers a superb breakfast and dinner, super friendly and welcoming service. It is greatly located on the shore of Alcúdia Bay. You can join a few activities, too. Even during bad weather days, neat activities were offered.

Outstanding staff doing everything to make our stay perfect! Great location right by the beach, with sun beds to really level up your stay (for nominal fee). Hardly any music or anything annoying you, and zero kids as it's adults only.

Fantastic duplex room over looking the bay with rooftop deck and pool. Wonderful staff coffee angel Lina, booking wizard Marga and chief of warm welcomes every morning and evening Claus.
