The breakfast could have had more variety but the room was very nice and clean and the staff were really friendly … I came home early because the weather was so awful and am planning to go back so they even said they could lock my bag away for my next visit

Very comfortable hotel, staff were lovely and friendly. We had issues with our air con when we arrived and we were able to quickly move rooms. Great location, 20 min walk from the old town, 5 mins from the port/main hustle and bussle. Got beach towels provided and these were changed as often as we asked. Breakfast included - great selection as well. Poolside lovely, plenty of sun loungers too. Showers/changing area and luggage storage available on check out day which was great.

Although we moved rooms, the air conditioning system was still outdated and not sufficient, we were provided with a fan which helped a lot. This just needs an upgrade. The two other minor things were that the lights in the poolside toilets were on a sensor and would turn off while you were still inside and not come on again unless you opened the door and waved in the hallway, and the music by the pool wasn't to my taste (classical piano or similar).

The air con did go off during the night one night due to technical faults and it was mid July.

Perfect place! It was very clean, rooms were tidy, cosy. There were enough towels and cosmetics. Breakfast was the best I ever had when it comes to the hotels. It was impossible to try everything as there was too much to choose from. Champagne after arrival, cava on breakfast, fresh churros and many other delicious foods. I highly recommend, I would definitely stay here again. Also, there is a huge free parking on the other side of the road, hotel is 5 minutes from the sea.

More Spanish food for breakfast (like Jamón) would be great, but anyway it was awesome 😊

There's Honestly & Genuinely nothing that we Could Say that we Didn't like about the Eix Alcudia Hotel.

Room is nice, but outdated and the layout is a bit awkward. We stayed just one night, so it was fine. the room had a nice balcony with pool view. staff is extremely nice which makes everything better. They have pool/beach towels available in the reception, there are also sun umbrellas available (ones left behind by other guests, but you can use them free of change). Breakfast was great, with a cook preparing fresh eggs, omelets and pancakes.

It needs a bit of maintenance. TV remote didn't work (I guess batteries), bathroom door was making a lot of noise and shower door was almost impossible to move. Room layout was awkward, with a big furniture in the middle blocking the pass. Juice in breakfast was very artificial.

The breakfast is incredible. Very good value and very good quality. The room is spacious. The A/C could be a little bit more powerful but I was in Alcudia during a very hot weather. It needs a little bit of an upgrade in the room (lamp was not working) and only 2 power points in the room. However, the pools are amazing, and the staff is super kind, they go above and beyond. Very grateful!

There is live music in the pool area every night until 11 ish.. it's very loud. The gym is way smaller than it looks in the photos.

Breakfast was good and the staff were very attentive. The prices at the bar were good, especially the 241 drinks at happy hour. It's a great location, close to the port and the pool and gym are good.

Didn't seem to have the option of a double room on booking.com and the twin beds constantly separated which meant I was essentially in a single bed every night.

Maybe rooms could have been more spacious but not an issue

Steam room was out of order , the room was a little acoustic as you could hear next door sounds and talks
