Hotel Vibra Beverly Playa

Small but nice room. Great view to the sea. You can hear the waves the whole say. Great location. Next to the beach. I had breakfast, it was delicious, big dining room, lot of food, could be more variable and more organized. You don’t know what is for example gluten-free.

Unfortunately my room was dirty. There were lot of ants on the floor and in the bed as well. There were some nails left by the previous guest, I asked for cleaning but the nails stayed there, so cleaning is not the best. I couldn’t use one of the pools, it was closed however it was full of water, looked clean. It’s a pity. If it works, it’s great for swimming. But there are other two pools as well.

Everything was great,bulgarian lady who is cleaning 5th floor was very helpful,the best cleaner I ever seen 5*,location beautiful next to the beach.

vending machine is disaster robbing people if you paying by card,do not use card to pay for anything,spoken to repection they not doing refund,But I shut get money back🤷‍♂️ Also one of the machine only spanish language I was trying for 10 min to buy a drink but couldn't becouse I don't understand spanish,also I would highly recomend for management to buy money changing machine,(for coins)you would make people lives easier,becouse it's was hard to get change at the bar.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. The beautiful beach is just outside the hotel and also lot of shops/cafes are nearby. Bus stop is just 3-5 mins walk. Also it has 2 outdoor + 1 indoor heated swimming pool and lot many other activities ( mini golf, lawn tennis, table tennis, pool )😊 The staff is good. I would specially like to thank Jose, a manager at the restaurant. Being lacto vegetarians, very less options were left for us from their buffet menu so Jose specifically prepared different dishes everyday (special surprise dishes for friend's lil kiddo too ), keeping our diet restrictions in mind. Definitely exceeded our expectations ! Entertainment shows at night were really good. Check-in/check-out was smooth.

- Beds/blankets could be better - No water in the room , we bought it from the shops nearby - Tying a band in our hands ( it stays in hand during our whole stay, so that they know the type of package we have paid for - breakfast, half board or full board) weren't really comfortable, specially for a person like my wife who doesn't want ANYTHING tied in her hands, specially while sleeping. She was really irritated.

I had a stay with only breakfast included. The breakfast was very good, nothing to complain. The hotel do offer all inclusive options which are a good price/quality compared to other options outside the hotel. Services were great, staff very friendly, they offered a luggage room and allowed us to stay within the hotel common areas after checkout, so we stayed by the pool and took a shower before going to the airport! The pool is by the beach, which makes this hotel astounding. The beach itself has cristal warm water

The room could be newer, it has an old green carpet with some stains, also, only double single beds were provided rather than a double bed. Anyway that did not prevented me and my wife from having an excellent stay.

This hotel was fantastic ! The staff especially lucas went above and beyond for my sisters 40th. Lucas really made the trip one of the kindest thoughtfull soul ! He remembered all of us by name and made us feel so welcome. I can't thank him enough for making our trip so memorable. Highly recommend this hotel its great for familys aswell as younger couples great atmosphere. Rooms were great, hotel clean and all staff were lovley, will definitely go back. Big shout out to lucas 👏 🙌

I like the room and the sea view from the balcony.. the food was so delicious 😋. The beach, shopping and around areas are amazing 😍... Overall the hotel was clean and they care about all details.

breakfast and dinner was good but I found a spider in my salad. they apologized and I haven’t seen salad since then. It made me feel sick for the last couple of days of my stay. The other issue was about tea. they had tea for breakfast but no tea or coffee for lunch and you need to pay for it. It was more expensive than the coffee shops around and was t convenient for me as an English tea lover. I wish there was a tea maker in each room.

Hotel was ok and well located! Staff was really great in all areas: reception, restaurant, bars, cleaning, etc!

The variety in the meals could be different, as we had all inclusive the meals options in the buffet were quite repetitive. The room itself also could be better, tv was not working very well, bed had some small issues, bathroom shower cabin also not the best as it could not be properly closed and licked a bit… also something that they need to solve, there was a lot of ants in our room, despite we had no food or so and the cleaning was really well done the ants would still come to visit time to time…

Exceptional Staff. Especially the young man at the reception desk in the morning shift, i unfortunately forgot his name, but he did everything to make our stay as comfortable as you want it to be, he did an excellent job. Property is right next to the water/Beach with restaurants, bars in walking distance with amazing views.

Wife is complaining about the mattress, which was pretty firm. Some like it, some don't.

I've stayed previously so knew what to expect. Staff were fab as usual, housekeeping are very freindly and work hard, food really good as always for feeding so many. A good few improvement and updates since my last stay. New resturant, seeting area reception updated, looks really nice. Hotel is a great location for the beech and bars and town.

The obligatory scrabble for a sun lougers is always odd. The so called "Night club" is in need of a serious revamp. My room on this visit was very disappointing, as a solo visitor I wasn't expecting such a small space. I know the hotel is seeking a fourth star but based on my room I really don't think it should be awarded. The toilet is so close to the counter it's difficult to sit on, the pedestal doesn't match the room and is just standing there to cover the pipes. There is rust in the shower/bath. The carpet is thread bare, stained overall decor patchy. Furniture worn , draws broken and in need of replacing. There was blood in the wardrobe which wasn't quite cleaned up well enough. The air con unit was leaking onto the floor. Shame really as I'm sure it's just luck of the draw.
