It's the second time staying at this hotel and it couldn't been better! Ana and Pedro (reception) were the best hosts. The rest of staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful as well. Breakfast is amazing. Pool was definetely a highlight. Perfect hotel for those that want quietness and occasionally a few activities (pool yoga, shows, dards, pool table, etc). The fact that it doesn't have kids running around is definely a plus! Would absolutely recommend this place (and come back!) Ps: the beach is 5 min away by foot and there are plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby. It is possible to get to western aqua park, magaluf and other atractions quite easy (whether by taking a taxi or bus)

Nice, clean hotel . Good breakfasts. Good location 5 minutes walk from the beach. All guys at the reception were absolutely amazing. Very helpful and attentive. For the people obsessed with the fridges - there’s none in the room but air condition works well so I don’t think it’s an issue. Unless you want to keep your sobrasada cool. There’s no need for that really as you can have fresh one at the breakfast every morning. We really enjoyed our week there.

The new suites are lovely this was our 5th time at this hotel the staff are excellent they always make you feel very welcome.We will be back again next year.

The one thing we were disappointed in this year was the food.It has always been very good .This time the breakfast was fine plenty to chose from but the dinner choice at night was very limited it was the same thing each nigh with only a couple of different dishes changing.the desserts were the same every night.I understand that things have been hard over the past couple of years but this was quit disappointing as the food has always been very good.This will not stop us returning as we love everything else but we just go for the breakfast option.

My only criticism would be, I thought the food was not quite up to the standard of previous stays on some occasions we would have the same thing two nights in a row it was if they had left overs so we got them on the second night, I found the food that was not freshly cooked in front of you just warm or even cold when it should have been hot. Evening meals were served between 7-9.15 but if you should turn up towards 8.30 the food that was finished never got replaced so hardly no choice

Very clean, good selection of food although basic. Excellent pizza and corn bread. Very good location with a walking distance to the beach. Pleasant staff. Plenty of free parking on the nearby streets. Safe and quiet area. You can rest properly.

It’s a little bit crammed at the pool. They don’t serve drinks of any kind with the dinner, not even tap water for free. You will need to add it to the bill. Be careful with shrimp and crawfish, not properly cleaned the taste was off. the hotel seems to be angled to receive mainly German tourists, staff struggled with English and played German songs in the evenings. Hmm… I want Spain in Spain.

Good little hotel great location food and staff lovely the pool area was really nice and clean and the location was perfect. Evening shows were good!

Rooms VERY basic the air conditioning was non existent in the entire hotel apart from the reception. Could do with some backgrounds music round the pool. Location could be difficult if you have any mobility issues as all up hill on the way back from the town.

No coffee pods for machine in room Pool bar closed at 3.30pm Lots of people “bagging” sunbeds and not using them. Having to pay 3 euros a day for a safe key.

The gym was a letdown, needed more thought and updating and sadly the food wasn’t great. But if you’re catering for alot of people everyday it is what it is, but there was variety, unfortunately the quality was a let down, I ate out anyway so it was no issue to me

This was our second stay this year. The hotel is near the main shopping and street and the beach. The staff is very professional, friendly, helpful. The hotel is very clean. The food is exceptional with verity of different cuisines. I liked Bavarian and Mexican dishes. I am more than happy to recommend this hotel and hopefully come back again.

Very clean. Nice pool area. Entertainment at the evening (singers, fire show) and sport activities during the day (yoga, water aerobic, petanque, darts, etc). Great food selection for breakfast. Many fruits. Quite delicious dinners. We especially liked meixican food evening. Personal is very friendly. We arrived late, around 10 pm, but dinner was prepared for us even if officially it has finished.

Mattress is too hard (I needed 2 nights to get used). No fridge in the room.
