I loved the surroundings of the hotel. It's situated on a street with beautiful buildings and just a few steps from the beach front. I booked the hotel after my arrival, so very much at the last moment, therefore I was delighted to be so lucky as to get a room with a view. I didn't try breakfast at the hotel, but for all other things I'd recommend the place, and the staff was friendly!

If you are a light sleeper you might be disturbed by the noise as the walls didn't seem to be soundproofed: there's traffic on the street plus you can hear the elevator and other guests in their rooms and in the corridor. It didn't bother my experience though.

Location - 5 minutes from the beach. Bus stop right outside the hotel. 2 supermarkets within walking distance from the hotel. 20-30 minutes of walking from the city centre/port. Comfy beds, big bathroom. Everyday cleaning service, helpful staff. Great value for the price we paid. I highly recommend!

Breakfasts could be better - we stayed at the hotel for a week and everyday there was the same choice of food. The breakfast started at 7:30 and when we came around 8, scrambled eggs and bacon were already cold and not very tasty....And this situation occured every day....On the other hand - pastries were always fresh and tasty.

Staff was very friendly, location was superb - there was a bus stop really close to the hotel and there you can take several buses into the city centre. The beach is also only a 5min walk away, and there are some lovely restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The bed was comfortable though the blanket is simply a bedsheet so it got cold in the middle of the night (air conditioning can't really be adjusted properly). Bathroom was very clean, good warm water and water pressure!

The doors / walls were pretty thin, so I could hear my neighbours walking and talking outside pretty loudly from my room (not sure if they were talking in their rooms, but I could definitely hear noise at night). I guess it depends on who your immediate neighbours are.

The single room was very comfortable and adequate for my stay.

The coffee machine needed instructions which were accessible.(they were stuck behind the machine and very unclear. I didn’t use the machine because I couldn’t read the instructions. I think that there should have been a net curtain at the window as the room was overlooked by the building next door. There was a coffee bar in reception which was not in use…..could have been nice to have a cup of coffee on the lovely terrace in front of the hotel. The lighting in the room and bathroom was very poor(not very good for doing my makeup) Despite these small things we had a lovely stay and found the staff really pleasant, efficient and helpful. Will definately return.

Good location. a block away from the beach and a wonderful promenade. It is within walking distance of the port. Exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. Lovely and pleasant housekeeping staff. The rooms were a good size. Breakfast is good value at €12 pp and the quality is good.

we had booked a car through the hotel for airport collection. It was confirmed a couple of days beforehand that a driver would be at arrivals with my name on it, however, even though our flight landed early we waited until 20 minutes after the time. I walked around to all the drivers that were there but none were there for us. We decided to take a cab instead, however, when we arrived to the hotel and mentioned it to the receptionist it felt like he was admonishing us and gave out that we should’ve have phoned or emailed the hotel. After this it felt as though he didn’t want to help us with anything. we were new to the city and even though we asked for any recommendations about the area and there were loads of leaftlets behind the desk he told us to Google it. Disappointing.

Location was ideal, at 85 years of age, short walk to promenade/beach with plenty of seating along the way. Aproximate 15 mins walk to Port area with plenty activities, shops boat trips & eating places & sightseeing bus tours. Temperature was just right, all in all the weeks break went very smooth. The hotel staff,were first class and I had the best room with excellent views to the sea & city, a good hotel choice by Booking.com for my needs. p s Try to get my name right it is DAVID WILSON, not WILSON DAVID

I had a really great experience with the staff and this hotel, they are very nice and they upgraded my standard room to a better one with balcony and sea view without any extra charge - very pleasant experience :) They speak perfect English and are very helpful. I could see the sunrise from the balcony. The room and bathroom were simple but completely fine for my stay. The center can be reached in about 20 mins walking along the beach which was great. The breakfast was okay too. Malaga is beautiful :)

I didn’t have any big issues with the hotel. The location was close to the center and the beach which is great, however there is a really busy road right next to the hotel so the sound might disturb some people - although it was fine for me. It would be great to have some light filtering curtains as well besides the blackout curtains.

Second night we change the room on the third floor. this room was already nice, bright, quite quiet, without unnecessary noises and smells. The breakfasts were excellent, everything was constantly replenished. The hotel is within walking distance of the center of Malaga about 15 minutes, to the sea about 3 minutes. the nearest restaurant directly opposite and a supermarket about 3 minutes walk.

First we got a room on the ground floor. The room was dark, noisy, the window low above the ground, and there was a smell of abrasion from the kitchen. After the first night, we asked to change the room.

Located some 20 min on foot from the city center and 100 m from the beach. Friendly staff, Good breakfast.

Parking: having a rather big car, not possible to park in the hotel garage, so needed to park on the street. On the main street in front of the hotel, you have to pay... not expensive, but you can only pay for a max duration of 2.5 hr. Had a room on the street side, so some noise from traffic, but not really an issue.

Super kind receptionists is one of the recommendable parts of this hotel. Maria did her best to listen to us, not to mention her fluent English, and suggested things we could do in Malaga. She upgraded our room, which has beautiful ocean view. And the room keeper did her job more than perfectly. As far as I understand, one doesn’t have to give tip in Spain, but we were so touched that we left a token of gratitude for her. This trip was a part of our delayed-honeymoon, and we were so satisfied with our staying at this hotel. I really appreciate that…!!
