Breakfast was very nice in a relaxing atmosphere. The room was very clean, comfortable and had spectacular sunrise views over the ocean. Although it was Christmas it was warm enough to enjoy the beach which is located just a few steps away.

Lots of traffic noise outside (not in the rooms). The scrambled eggs at breakfast are without a doubt the worst I've ever tasted. Probably the worst the planet has to offer. Yuck! Throw that rancid powdered cr.. p out. Eggs + milk a bit of salt it's not complicated.

The staff were very friendly, especially Maria,at the desk and Pedro in the restaurant. The room was very big and spacious, with a lovely terrace. The cleaners did a fabulous job keeping everything clean. My sister and I really enjoyed ourselves at Christmas.

I would have really like room service but it was not available. Both of us love tea but we had to come down for it.

The hotel has a good location, relative short walk to the city centre. The room was not too small with everything you need to stay for a few nights.

The soap and shampoo holders are super uncomfortable, to the scale of annoying. Crazy that I needed to put so much effort to use the soap in a hotel in Europe in 21st century :)

Best of both worlds with pool and beach just opposite. Reception staff were lovely. Room was nice and we had an upgrade with balcony and sea view. We ate the paella and goats cheese salad which were delicious. Drinks were good too. There were two day beds by the pool and a couple of outdoor sofa sets which were nice.

There were not quite enough loungers and it’s not great having to try and get to the pool early to get one knowing that you might miss out for the day. It was the end of the season so no idea what it’s like in full on high season. The area around the pool is not huge so there probably isn’t too much space for many more….

Staff in general were lovely.Location was excellent. On beach front and 20min walk into Malaga old town. Breakfast was very good, buffet style with great selection. Pool area lovely and never too crowded.

Unfortunately at time of booking there was no available seaview rooms. I booked a garden veiw room. On arrival we were told we had been given an up graded room. When we went to room it was dark ,as it was facing a large apartment building, looking directly into our room. Light was completely blocked and we needed to keep net curtains closed for privacy. I went to reception and asked to be moved to another room and I would be happy to pay extra for sea veiw. I was told no rooms were available but try next day. Same happened the next two mornings so I gave up. I spoke to another guest two days after we arrived and was told she had just checked in and had no booking ,and she got a seaview room.

friendly staff . pool open in November which was great . fantastic breakfast . value for money

but scruffy and tired in places . shampoo and soap dispensers not suitable for arthritic hands and in wrong place for bath !

Requested a better view room and this was granted on Day 3 of 7 Breakfast buffet was very good Restaurant and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful Reception staff from day 3 were also helpful and friendly Location very nice

We were given a written assurance that we would be able to check in at noon However- reception staff informed us that this was not possible Told to leave our luggage and return at 2pm They were uncompromising and unwelcoming After our complaints they finally allocated a room which did not match our expectation of “ a superior sea view” -for which we had booked Very poor first impressions

The location was good, right by the beach, a little bit of a trek into town but that no problem. The staff were good, very efficient and polite and friendly.

It was a bit dated and definitely needed a 'touch up'. Clean on the surface but if you looked closer it was a bit grubby 😩 which again is no problem because you just don't look closer then 😁. I was also disappointed the restaurant was closed.

Staff, breakfast, and location were absolutely great! 10/10. Facilities are a bit outdated, but i guess that one day, when they renew it, it will be out of our price range... Staff was helpful, polite & eloquent. Location is the opposite one of the most beautiful town beaches and 20 minutes nice walk from city centre. Also, it is well connected with a few bus lines. The room was spacious, and a cleaning service was excellent. No one could honestly complain about the breakfast (I read some silly comments) and lunch packages that we got going on numerous excursion s where really cute. My granny would be pleased knowing I didn't travel on an empty stomach 😁 All together, this hotel was an excellent choice!
